The Supreme Court shouodn't overturn the Roe v.Wade law because the fourtheenth amendment says women could travel anywhere and have a legal safe abortion. That should stay just like it is.

In my opinion ,in the Roe vs Wade I feel like the supreme court should do a little more thinking about not being able to have abortions in alabama . The first amendment states the freedom of speech religon and press. By them making this law is making religous people break .

They should let people decide what they want to do with their babies or at least create a law that supports abortion if the person was a victim of sexual assault or incest. The First Amendment should be considered because the government is creating laws that decide what women can do with their bodies instead of letting them decide. This goes back to Roe V. Wade, women should be allowed to decide whether they abort for a good reason (not wanting to have a kid that is product of sexual assault or incest) or not.

i am on Roe side becuase if feel like its violating the the fourteenth amendment says no state shall deprive any person of liberty or property without due process of law i feel like there are taking the choice away from the person who has to deal with carrying the baby and how they're not think about how it would effect there life.

I believe that the Supreme Court should have a more pro-choice out look on the new abortion laws because as presented in the Roe v Wade case the government cant infringe on your liberty as an american citizen and as a citizen you have 3 basic rights life liberty and property and it should be a decision in a woman's life to have a child.

I partially agree and disagree with the roe vs wade because I believe that women should have an option and shouldnt be forced, the fourth amendment states that no state should deprive any person of life , liberty and property and in this case they are violating womens rights because there taking their freedom away to choose. I also disagree because the babys are human being that have not done anything wrong and shouldnt deserve to die. The fourth amendment also states no state shall deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of law and the unborn babies are are humans that should have the same right and the same right to life.

A women should not have to keep a baby and should be allowed to have it aborted if they know they can not take care of it in the long run, the Supreme Court should not take this away from any women.

Abortion should be legal, according to / based on the fourth amendment "The right of people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated..." this basically justifies that women should be entitled to make choices of their own, as a right in this country and that whatever they choose to do should not be something the government has authority to interfere with.

i partially agree and disagree, i disagree because what are the options for the women that are abused and raped why should they be forced to have the baby it wouldnt be right the fourteen amendment says "no state shall deny to any person within its jurisdication the equal protection of the laws" i agree abortion should be a pro choice for some because its not the babys fault for their "parents" mistake they shouldve used protection.

I agree they should regard the new law. America is supposed to be a free country, and its sad to here that Alabama agree with rape. They should regard it because there's incest rape and other sexual assault incidences. The name of the famous case is Roe v. Wade.

The Supreme Court should allow the people decide on whether to keep the baby or have an abortion. For example these people could be victims of rape or incest and these are the same people that didnt choose to be a victim and should have the right to have abortion. The First amendment is considered because he government is creating laws that the people are protesting against. This takes back to the Roe v Wade.

In my opinion, the Supreme Court should agree with Roe V. All women should have the right to decide what they want to do with their body. Having a baby is a very serious thing because you are bringing another person into this world and will have to take on the responsibility of having this baby. There are many people in the world who have not matured enough to have a child and people who don’t have stability like they should for themselves to bring a child into this world. According to the 14th amendment states that no state should deprive any person of life , liberty, and property. While trying to force women to have babies while not wanting to is violating that amendment.

I think that the Supreme Court justices should go with pro-choice because the baby is still in the woman’s body and it’s her choice to do what she wants with her body. Pro-life activists had said “if the fetus is a person from conception”, they said “if” meaning they don’t even know when it is an actual living soul or know when it’s started life, so why should they have a say in women’s bodies?The fourteenth amendment states that the government cannot take away a person’s life, liberty, or property but the abortion ban is breaking that amendment because the government is taking away women’s rights. The famous court case is Roe v Wade.

I think the Supreme Court should go with pro choice or Roe because if life starts from conception then why would they want to because it restricts laws against abortion and The Fourteenth Amendment says “No state shall... deny to any person deprive life,liberty or property without due of law “ they shouldn’t be able to decide for the mother on that decision to keep it or not it shouldn’t matter to the government to get involved and or There should be an in between choice for this discussion about Roe V Wade and if there was a case for what ever reason the mother should choose what she wants to do and not up to the people that agree with pro-life.

Supreme Court should go with All pro choice because it's not your body or decision to decide if the baby should live, yes I know it's horrible to do it but the question is why should you care? it's not your body and it's their decision to do what with it. People shouldn't stick their heads saying women should do this or this is wrong, stick to own your own lane people it's not your war. The Supreme Court should be changing the laws of restricting abortion. The first reason this needs to be changed is because the Fourteenth Amendment says that no one should violate their privacy which is the fetus for example of restriction their choice. The second reason this needs to be changed is because the doctors who is responsible of the process should not go to jail like the Alabama state that is very strict to the Abortion Law.

In my opinion that the Supreme Court should agree to make the Abortion legal because having life inside the women's body is precious of god and should care for their own child because they are murdering the poor innocent child that.Especially for victims who were sexual assault because a life inside a women's body should be protected instead they are getting killed by mother. According to the Fourteenth Amendment says "If a fetus is a person from conception, then the Fourteenth Amendment guarantees equal protection of the laws.The life of the fetus must be considered as having equal weights with the life of the mother. Thus the states has a compelling interest in protecting the life of the fetus''.

i believe that pro choice is the fair choice because that means any person could make the decision they want if you are not ok with abortion you wont do it there is no reason for you to get involved but there are people out there who find it necessary either rape health issues or they are just have their personal decision on why they dont want a baby. yes it is not a great thing to do but everyone has their reasons and decision over their lifes yes life should be protected but all of a sudden goverment wants to protect lifes they dont even know lifes that will probably struggle and when they are struggling where will the goverment be to help then the number of orphan kids will grow to be stuck in one place and not see the real world and not feel loved by anyone later go on on their own and not fit in in society

In my opinion , the supreme court should be changing laws instead of enforcing abortion. The first amendent say "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble.'' also no women should be told what to do with their body what if their no stable enough to keep the baby they should have the choice to abord it.

The supreme court should not be able to decide on the new laws restricting abortion because their votes can be biased without account. It affects us females because of the restrictions that could potentially be enforced on abortion. There are 9 total supreme justice court members, 6 of which are men. Men should not have a right on what we can and cannot do with our bodies. I'd understand if they women made decisions for men and this decision making for opposite genders were an ongoing thing. But it isn't. When our country was founded. Those who had rights were white men. Anyone else including people of color or the white stay at home wives did not have much of a say either because of they're "too emotional." When in reality, we sometimes tend to be more reasonable and take many things into account than men do. I just don't think it's fair if men keep making the decisions for us. That's why women when through the process of trying to get equal rights. We are in charge of our lives. Why am I just going to hand that to 6 men who may not have my best interest in mind. They don't know what it's like. I don't know them well enough to know that they're taking this decision seriously because they get paid to just vote yes or no. Like I said, I don't think they have the right to vote on what can potentially impact our lives and future generations of women.
