I believe even before trump was president he had always been able to see more of whats going on in the U.S. Him being able to see all of the curruption or opportunities he believed becoming president would be a good place for him.

Trump may end up putting innocent muslim people into these camps and we have to consider the fact that it isnt right to lock someone up that's innocent and keep people like criminals.

the artist feels that President Trump will put Muslims in interment camps. the United States does not have the right to violate human rights because it's in the law (i forgot which amendment, but it says that if the government threatens to violate their rights, then they (the victim) is allowed to press charges)

The meaning of this cartoon is that "Trump Tower" will be guarding the Muslim American Internment Camp, suggesting that he is the one putting Muslims in there and that they are not allowed leave. I do not think that this is fair to Trump because he has never suggested an internment camp to begin with and that this image may misrepresent him. The United States does have the right to infringe upon people's rights if it is a matter of national security. What this is suggesting is that the United States will label Muslims as a dangerous people or as terrorists. The US can then use this excuse to put Muslims in an internment camp or even "get rid of them".

This image represents the situation where trump is having Muslim Americans sign up as a potential terrorist making it a lot similar to when we had an attack on pearl harbor and every Japanese in California was a potential threat. To me this is extremely unnecessary when most of the terrorist attacks done in America are done by whites but they are not considered a potential threat. Also, when almost 90% of muslims are not associated with isis making it a process where we are just discrimniating.

The Artist feels that president Trump will re-create an executive order like Executive Order 9066 that pretty much targeted Japanese-Americans but this time it would be Muslim-Americans. He already banned Muslims from entering the country so if he has the power to do so, then he can create an executive order and place the M-A's in internment camps.

I agree with you, the Executive order 9066 is a very good topic to relate to this topic. The internment camps that the Japanese were put into in WWII will most likely be used for Muslims since the camps are still in existence, Donald trump will still have an extremely difficult time executing this order because there are people that will help to fight for the Muslims like James Robart did when he lifted the Muslim ban. Still though this situation shouldn't be ignored or allowed.

Most of them arent even terrorists and it is not fair to put them in concentration camps over a steriotype. The only person this would satisfy in Donald Trump which is selfish. I strongly believe that the U.S government has no right to do this to them because it would be a repeat of ww2. This could be exactly what the Japanese Americans had to go through, just because the government has a problem with them doesn't mean that they can put families in these camps.If they do this could lead to another war and could possibly lead to ww3.

If we look deeply into this cartoon, we can tell that the artist's message is that President Trump will "try" and put Muslims into interment camps. The United States has done this before with the Japanese. They've put the Japanese race into camps because they didn't believe these people were "loyal" to the U.S. Today, the year of 2017, no matter how much or badly Trump would want to put Muslims in interment camp, he can't. He can't do this because one it violates human rights and two it's not the "American way".

History has repeated itself. In the past Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor causing innocent Japanese- Americans to be in removed from their freedom and put into a concentration camp. Now after 9/11, Muslims are looked at as terrorist and have been stuck in the "travel ban" aka Muslim ban. This cartoon is showing the past because a race or type of people are being bombarded with this nonsense that has happened already but in a different time and place as well as different presidential leaders.

Just like in the past Japenese were put in concentration camps because japense were involved in the destruction of Pearl Harbour. Hitler did that to Jews in Germany during the war. And the barbed wire and the guy that has a Gun in a tower is going to watch over the Muslims so if any wants to escape they will be killed. All Muslims that live in America will be put into that concentration camp.

The meaning behind this picture is to show how Trump may want to put all Muslims into basically concentration camps but they are called internment camps instead so it seems like it's more "nicer". Trump has already tried to implement the Muslim ban which actually went into action immediately for a couple days. With the amount of Islamphobia that Trump and other Americans have, and with the history of what happened to Japanese-Americans, this could likely happen once again. However, even if there has been some crimes in American soil happen because of Muslims it does not mean that they have the right to take away their rights. The fact that some Muslims committed crimes doesn't mean that they all deserved to be punished as most Muslims are actually very caring and are very moral people, yet all of them have to share the blame because of what others in their community have done. If that was the case, might as well lock every person in the world because people of every race commits acts of terrorism but it doesn't mean every person will.

The meaning of this picture is to imply that the US could be headed toward's the same direction of the 1940s where Japanese-American's were held in camps and Jewish people in Germany as well. Te US does have the right to infringe upon American citizens only if it is a matter of national security. Donald Trump has said many times that he wants to put the US before anything and repeating certain things done in the past as shown in the picture above would be considered doing so.

Since Donald Trump has become president, he has done prejudice acts towards Muslims. He developed a Muslim ban which prevents Muslims from seven different countries to enter the U.S. This image shows that Donald Trump wants to put Muslims into camps. We know this because in the image it shows a sign above the barbed wire gate saying "Trump Tower" and on the gate it says "Muslim American Internment Camp." I believe that the country does not have the right to infringe upon the rights of citizens if it is a matter of national security because it is discrimination to that one group of people and you will be holding innocent people against their own rights with no type of valuable evidence.For example, was it right when Hitler held hostage the Jews because he believed that they were non-German and that communism was a huge threat and he thought that communism was a Jewish Invention? He put Jews in camps and treated them wrong because they weren't like him or like Germans. Another example was when America put Japanese-Americans in camps because of the Japan attacks. After the attacks many innocent people were put in camps because the government believed that they were not loyal to them and that they were secretly helping japan, but they had no actual prove that that was happening. It is not right to put a group of people into camps because a person or people are like them or look like them is a threat.

I believe that this image is trying to alert American citizens even those who are Muslim that President Trump is on the same path as Adolf Hitler. Restricting someone's right to do something, as in not being able to enter the country based on their religion is against their human rights. Which should and could not be a reason why one should be placed in a camp against their will. National security is meant to protect the country's citizens against national crises. Just because one is Muslim does not mean that they are causing crises across the country, so therefore the United States does NOT have the right to place them into camps.

The image above has a bad connotation of what might happen in the US. In more recent activity, Trump has put forth a travel ban that banned Muslims from USA. Judge James Robart issued a restraining order blocking the travel ban put in place, but if he didn't do such a thing, Trump would have followed in the activity of the past Japanese-American ban. The image has the walls of brick, The Trump Tower, titled as "Muslim American Internment Camp" which means that sooner or later President Trump will take the rights of the Muslims and put them all in a place where the American people won't be bothered. But he doesn't have the right to do such a thing and i believe the American people wouldn't allow it no matter what the reason is.

I think its unfair that someone is implying that Trump will do this but at the same time, I don't doubt that he is capable of doing it. He has already put a ban on Muslims from entering the US because in his opinion, Muslims are a threat and are in some way connected to isis. So that means that he will do anything to stop them from harming the US. As I said before, I don't doubt that he will end up putting innocent Muslim Americans in internment camps. I think that the meaning of this cartoon is to illustrate how President Trump will eventually repeat history yet again. I don't believe that Trump has said yet that he wants the Muslims in camps. But the Ban is a start. It usually starts "small" like with bans and restrictions on certain groups that the led up to a genocide for one race which was not completed. Back when Hitler held Jews and camps and America did the same with slightly less brutal but for similar reasons. I think it is fair because the president should know his countries history and shouldn't want to have it repeated.
