This has been a quite frightening attempt as Lawmakers and Employees hid inside their offices as the Mob continued through the building. Most importantly, the votes were continuosly counted and finished during the storm, not to mention the Coronavirus pandemic rule regulations had been totally contravened and disobeyed as some supporters were seen without masks. Impeaching President Trump seems like a reasonable decision because of ongoing and past events which occurred before and during the pandemic.

I think that this event was more noise than actions. I mean, it is the event where regular and average citicens literally went inside of the most iconic and "Patriotically meaningful" Building of all the US, And the dudes just walk in, took fotos and chilled out to their houses. They didn't did a thing, the heck? Trump stills being processed to left the presidency and no damage to the process were made. It was pointless. The reason why everybody is talking about this is because: This gives a really bad reputations to the US. This is the country that created the nuclear bomb and one of the few reasons why China and North Korea are not doing a WW3, but a bunch of dudes just walked inside of the white house. The dudes of the area 51 weren't that crazy.

I think the most basic fundamental importance of this event is that the U.S. Capital never has been occupied by American citizens in violent protests of federal elections. In the article by the Associated Press titled "Biden wins white house, vowing new directions for divided U.S. it states that Biden's goal is to unite everyone together. One piece of evidence from the article states, " A women was shot inside the Capital by a member of law enforcement and later died, several law enforcement officials said. "this is evidence of how important a vigilant and informed citizenry if for a safe country. In my opinion, they didn't know how to handle the situation because it was their own people for once. They weren't trying to shoot anyone but she happened to got hit. The fact that the law enforcement treats whites different from colored people because of their race is discriminating and sad to even live in this country because everyone hates your kind and what you stand for.

This shows that President Trump is corrupted in his own ideals to try to make peace. Our country is a laughing stock by being embarrassed by Trump supporters who protest and break in the U.S Capitol. In the article by Forbes titled "Trumps encouraged supporters to raid the U.S Capitol." This states that this was against law enforcement, Which means that the supporters for Trump should go for jail for life because they raided a federal property. This shows that white privilege still exists, But when it is a foreigner of a different states they kill them on spot. The BLM riots the U.S Capitol should of have a lot of security at the Capitol. This event shows that our future is going to be down fall and show how unfair this society it is with the people of color.

One piece of evidence from the article states “Guns are drawn on the House floor after protesters try to storm the chamber.”This shows till this day there is still white privilege, meanwhile during the BLM riots the US capitol had security and law enforcement around the full property. This event will be in our futures history & show how unfair our Country was with people of color.

I think that we can no longer accept American as a country of free people by the action of the U.S capitol being raided by trump supporters. We as a community can no longer accept america to be the land of the free if they allowed multiple white people raid the Capitol without any consequences, Which means that no matter any black person do, you simply cannot change the fact that our country was attacked by terrorist who lives in america. In the article "Pro trump mob storms the U.S capitol" explains that President Trump does not and will not have any right to becoming the President of the U.S. President Trump is not fit to have authority in the office, by these stunts that he just manage to pull off. And for the protesters that raided the capitol should be sent to jail because that is a serious crime because you cannot set foot across federal grounds. One piece of evidence that supports this article is that "They were guns drawn the floor after the protester's try to storm the chamber." Having all of this happen on one day shows that white privilege is superior over everything, But once the tables are flipped during BLM movements the U.S took precautions such as having law enforcement and the National guard get involved because of the color their skin. This occasion will depend on our futures and this shows how colored people have no rights living in the U.S.

I completely agree with you.Trump made a fool out of our country and it is very unfortunate that he would encourage such attack to break into the US capitol. I also agree that there was definitely white privilege during this event because of the fact that the US capitol had security during BLM riots which makes it very obvious that if there were people of color who protested they would have been treated with brutality. It is very disappointing that law enforcement treats people of color with brutality while white people still get treated nicely even after something like raiding the US capitol.

President Donald Trump had been very upset with the election results after continually updating citizens that the election had been a complete fraud. During January 6, the count of Electoral college votes, a rally of people in support of President Trump had began to infiltrate the halls and offices of Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. As halls began to fill with protestors, lawmakers quickly gathered votes and equipped gas masks while police broke crowds with gas grenades. Altogether, January 6 had been an odd day for the country.

I think the most important thing to take away is that some don’t like change and are afraid of it. In the article “4 dead, Congress evacuated, National Guard activated after pro-Trump rioters storm Capitol” it says that the rioters broke intent with make Trump still be president. One piece of evidence, “The doors of the Senate were closed and locked, and senators were told to stay away from the area. The doors to the House were barricaded, and some lawmakers were seen praying. Washington Mayor Muriel Bowser ordered a 12-hour curfew in the city that began Wednesday evening.” This shows how the people disrespected the curfew.

Trump supports were upset that the recount of the electoral votes had confirmed that bidden had won. On January 6, trump supporters had raided the U.S. capital by gathering a bunch of violent people creating a mob and violently entered the capital. One piece of evidence from the article states “Lawmakers were forced into hiding. It was a surprising attempt to overturn the 2020 presidential election. It was an effort to keep Democrat Joe Biden from replacing Trump in the White House”. This shows how much loyalty Donald trump's supporters have for him and how much they listen to him so when he suggested on a tweet that they should create some kind of protest to stop the capital from letting Joe Biden win they obviously listened and went.

I agree with you Victoria Gonzalez because the people who support Trump was upset for the confirmation that Biden had won the electoral votes. Then, they made a violent protest manifesting their angry. However this left many consequences as dead people. On the hand the president Trump incentive and allowed this protest because he write some tweets encouraging at his followers. One piece of evidence that support my answer is by Newsela "The president gave his supporters a boost on Wednesday morning. He made an appearance at a rally outside the White House. He urged them to march to the Capitol. At the urging of his staff, Trump issued two tweets and a taped video telling supporters it was time to "go home in peace." However, he still said he backed their cause". This demonstrate that Trump encouraged his people, his followers to take action by their hands, and when they acted with violence he did nothing to stop them or calm down them. In other words Trump supported and allowed the violent protest of their supporters.

I think the most basic and fundamental importance of this event is that the US capitol never has been occupied by American citizens in violent protests. The capitol represents the democracy the United States and its citizens stand for. The disrespect towards such a sacred building by its own citizens has left the United States in embarrassment. In the article by the Associated Press titled “Biden wins White House, vowing new direction for divided U.S.” it states that Biden’s goal is to unite everyone together after the division Donald Trump has made. The consequences for such an act are extense. This act of domestic terrorism was encouraged by the US president Donald Trump up to three weeks prior through twitter and speeches and the way the police handled such a severe situation was chaotic and embarrassing. One piece of evidence from the article states “A woman was shot inside the Capitol by a member of law enforcement and later died, several law enforcement officials said.” and later on other three deaths were confirmed. This demonstrates the negligence the authorities had towards such an inevitable event. This is the example of the worst aspects of our nation.

I think that the majority of the people in this country feel ashamed and embarrassed by the actions of president Trump's supporters. This ideal shows that president Trump never wanted to accept defeat from the election of President-elected Joe Biden’s win. One piece of evidence from CNN Politics that supports my stance is “American buildings, engulfing the nation's capital in chaos after Trump urged his supporters to fight against the ceremonial counting of the electoral votes that will confirm President-elect Joe Biden's win”.This shows that President Trump encouraged his supporters to push through the barriers of the Capitol and attack with violence.

On January 6th a mob of Trump supporters stormed the U.S capitol. I believe that what makes this event important is that Donald Trump encouraged his supporters to protest by claiming that the elections were a fraud. In the article by the Associated Press titled “Pro-Trump mob storms U.S Capitol in bid to overturn election” it states that rioters were egged by Trump. One piece of evidence from the article is, “He had spent weeks falsely attacking the integrity of the election. On Wednesday, he urged his supporters to go to the Capitol and protest Congress's formal approval of Biden's victory.” This shows the loyalty of Trump supporters since they listen and believe everything he says. For example, they took action when Trump suggested that they should protest with the purpose of stopping the capitol from letting Joe Biden win.

I think the most basic and fundamental importance of this event is the fact that a president caused people to break into the Capitol! In the article Pro-Trump mob storms U.S. Capitol in bid to overturn election it is said that there was people that rioted going inside of the Capitol, but all of them were Trump’s followers. One piece of evidence from Pro-Trump mob storms U.S. Capitol in bid to overturn election is said that “A violent mob loyal to President Donald Trump stormed the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday, January 6, and forced lawmakers into hiding…” This shows how bad was that a riot influenced by a president went too far at the point of making the lawmakers to hide from people within the white house. This is evidence of how important the words of a president are and how much careful he needs to be. This event just shows how bad things can get with the word of just one man.

The most important event that happened on January 6th 2021 was the attack of a crowd of upset citizens at the US Capitol. In the article by News titled “4 dead, Congress evacuated, National Guard activated after pro-Trump rioters storm Capitol” states that a total chaos happened during the event of affirming which advertised that President-elect Joe Biden won the November election. One piece of evidence from the article says “The doors of the Senate were closed and locked, and senators were told to stay away from the area. The doors to the House were barricaded, and some lawmakers were seen praying”. This evidence shows and highlights the unsafety that this country has. I say this because Senators were scared and had fear for their lives, and they have enough power to have protection and feel safe the whole time. In my opinion this happened for the bad education that they have because if they had a good education, they would protest in a good way no matter how angry they were and also they would accept the things, since they will not change no matter what. This reflects the worst and the weak that this country is because it is not united.

On January 6th, 2021, the United States’s senate united for the confirmation of Joe Biden’s presidency. However, moments before this could be executed, a coup formed outside the capitol in hopes of overturning the election. According to an article by the New York Times, the United States Capitol was stormed by an angry mob in response to Trump’s command. One piece of evidence from the article states “Mr. Trump had urged supporters to come to Washington for a “Save America March” on Wednesday, when Congress would ceremonially count President-elect Joseph R. One piece of evidence from the article states “U.S. Capitol police officers pointed their guns at a door that was vandalized in the House Chamber during the joint session of Congress on January 06, 2021.” This is evidence of the president using his power in an obsessive way. This event has had a number of reasons why it is important. To me one of those reasons is that the mob was attempting to overturn the outcome of a democratic process. Another reason that it's important is these terrorists were breaking into the Capitol while Congress was discussing the election. As well as it being a huge breach in national security. In an article by James Poniewozik on The New York Times titled “The Attack on the Capitol Was Even Worse Than It Looked” he discusses how aside from this mob attacking the Capitol the attack had other horrible things that made it even worse than people thought. In the article Poniewozik states,”In a video captured by Igor Bobic of HuffPost, an officer gets a rampaging crowd to turn to its left and chase him down a hallway, diverting it from the unguarded door of the Senate chamber.” This shows how the event was an attack on a democratic process. Congress was in the building discussing the outcome of the election and yet these terrorists decided to break into the building. They got into a place where members of government have their laptops and other documents that should not be public. It just shows how much a huge breach in national security the attack was.

In my opinion the whole thing with trump's supporters storming the capitol is absolutely ridiculous when this happens all the time when it comes to presidency. Its just that trump is going "ballistic" being totally unbelievable even within the article it said "Trump urged his supporters to head to the Capitol, and with Congress in session rioters stormed the Capitol, forcing the House and the Senate to abruptly enter recess. Lawmakers, Hill staffers, and reporters took shelter in their offices before being evacuated. Trespassers sat in Vice President Mike Pence's chair in the Senate chamber, vandalized congressional offices, and stole items from the building". so it just goes to show you how many people are involved due to this so called "protest/revolution"when its people of color laying down in the middle of streets not fighting cops, destroying property and stealing on top of that all at a government building which is our nations capitol.

When someone thinks about overtake, some people think ¨ẗaken over for rights and the perfect reasons¨”and others think ¨time to make these people know who we are¨. In the article by the Associated Press titled “Biden wins White House, vowing new direction for divided U.S.” it states that Biden’s goal is to unite everyone together. It was said that Biden wants to unite what trump separated but by the loks of it some people were very impatient. Some people were tired of everything that was done to them so they ended up plotting an idea and ended up overtaking the US Capitol. One piece of evidence from the article states “A woman was shot inside the Capitol by a member of law enforcement and later died, several law enforcement officials said.” And although this sounds bizarre, maybe they had they reasons, maybe they were in the wrong and though they were in the right. We also have tio think about the things law enforcement has done to anger the citizens. I do nto agree that it was a good idea to stain your hands but sometimes anger overrides the brain a little too much and things get out of hand. This shows from the evidence and from my topic sentence that people were very impatient and in my opinion acted very foolishly. Although it was a victory for them, it was a huge loss and huge impact to the capitols image.

The storming of the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021, was a disgrace, it is now a stain on American history that will never be forgotten. The last time the Capitol was stormed was in 1814 due to the war of 1812 when British troops set the Capitol to flames, it is a disgrace to see that Capitol again be stormed many years later by our very own fellow U.S. citizens. The people who stormed the Capitol were Donald Trump extremists who stormed the Capitol in effort to overturn the 2020 presidential election that Trump had lost to president-elect Joe Biden. It is very upsetting to know that it all could have been prevented if only Donald Trump, right wing officials and right wing media would have stopped spreading false information about the election, that the conspiracy of “voter fraud” was simply not true. Instead of doing the right thing they pushed that false narrative multiple times to have Trump supporters become frustrated with the election that they would soon believe was “stolen” from them.

On January 6 2021 an angry mob of trump supporters went and violently stormed into the capital. In my opinion it was an embarrassment to many Americans to see the way those trump supporters reacted. The Newsela article titled Pro-Trump mob storms U.S. Capitol in bid to overturn election states, “The nation's elected representatives scrambled to crouch under desks and don gas masks, while police futilely tried to barricade the building. It was one of the most jarring scenes ever to unfold in a seat of American political power.” I believe that the way this situation was handled was not right. I know for a fact that if that was the BLM movement or some other protest there would have been more deaths than just 1 and more arrests than the dozens they arrested. This just shows that in the world there is still racism and there is such a thing as “white privilege”. I predict that now many people will see more clearly on the differences of how things were handled and hopefully make decisions that will help change that.

They did delay the official certification process of Congress until 4a.m. of the next day. I believe they will use the 25th amendment to resign trump from office.
