This was a good move. People need a lot of time to learn more about the vaccines and there are still people that need to be convinced. I think that the vaccine mandate would have been to early if it was set for late 2021.

I think this was a good choice because if they didn’t postpone it then a lot of kids wouldn’t be able to come to school and would have to switch to online learning.

As of my insights, I would say this will not most likely be suggested. Due to the particular reason that this virus is spreading quickly, children are going back to school, and the economy is going to rise again. It would be better if everyone had the vaccine to help fight this virus and save other people's lives. Others would say that they are not sure about the vaccine. Yes it is unknown but many people have lost their lives due to this virus, is it better off keeping safe. Keep those surrounding you safe.

I think the delay of the vaccine mandate is good. I think it is good because it allows there to be more time. There is more time to look into vaccines and allow more people to receive the vaccine and have the chance to not miss anything like school or work. I think the delay would allow more people to have the chance to not only receive the vaccine but allow them to not miss work or school.

I personally agree with both the extension and vaccine mandate because it’s something that has completely impacted one’s daily life. School’s already force other vaccines such as the flu shot etc. I believe it’s a similar process to similar events that occurred in the past. Overall I agree with the mandate .

LAUSD delaying the coronavirus vaccine to fall 2022 is very helpful for many since it gives people extra time to get their kids vaccinated so they can attend school. The delay of the coronavirus allows kids to come to school when they get the coronavirus vaccine rather than online learning. The coronavirus vaccine being mandatory makes it so that there will be less spreading of covid in school campus.

I think they changed the mandate because it wasn't going to be enough space for 20 k+ students. In my opinion i think it was a set up for students to get the vaccine. I think this because students want to go to school but they'd have to get the vaccine and that made some students who were against the vaccine get the vaccine and some students didn't get it.

Personally, I think this is a good idea because it seems like getting the vaccine isn't an option

I think it is a good thing that they are extending the vaccine mandate it gives students more time to get vaccinated. It also means that a lot of students will not be forced to go back to online learning when the new semester starts. It will also hopefully encourage more people to get vaccinated which will prevent new covid cases.

My opinion about delaying 2022 vaccine is that was a good decision. At the time people are still doubting about getting it. Probably with this delay people can convinced their selves that this movement can be good for our community. On the other hand students and workers can also have time to get it without risking their selves at work or school.

I think that this was a good idea. I think that because this gives students more time to get vaccinated and still be able to attend school. This would also be helpful to people who are against the vaccination because this gives them time to see what are the long effects of the vaccine and then make up their mind if they should get it or not.

This is a good decision since in the meantime they can try to convince those who do not trust the vaccine and do not let their children have it. Many parents do not agree with this mandatory since the shot is "not proven to be efficient" and "no one knows what they actually inject into your body", these are usually the comments of not only conservatives but airheaded people who believe those facebook vlogs saying that the vaccine is an evil plan of the government lmao. Luckily, there will be more time to spread news, more stats and data that informs how the vaccine has been effective and how harmless it is in the human body, this might convince those who do not trust science and change their mind so they let their children finally get the shot and make everything simpler for the school's district.

I believe that LAUSD delaying COVID vaccines until fall 2022 and making them mandatory is a good idea for the particular reason that you and your love ones can be safe and if you haven’t get vaccinated you have extra time and opportunity. Being vaccinated don’t ensure immunity for COVID, but it protects you of getting extremely sick. Also, we still have to wear face mask for extra protection and sanitize before and after daily activities such as entering to a classroom, eating, going to the restroom, etc. As before mentioned, I personally think is a great idea delaying Covid vaccines, that way more people can get the opportunity to get vaccinated and will prevent new Covid cases.

i believe that delaying the vaccine mandate to until the fall of 2022 is a good thing. i think its good because it gives people more time to get the vaccine for school and not miss any days from school cause they didnt have it. it also gives more people to learn about the vaccine and what it does.

I think it’s a good idea for them to push it back but no so far. It’s good because people will have more time to come to a decision of whether they want it or not, it’s also not so good because they pushed it back a bit far Fall 2022 I think Summer 2022 would’ve been better. No matter what the vaccine has been out for almost a year now and we can know make our decision if we want it or not.
