Its been 35 days since the shutdown and president Trump is still resisting to open the government because he wants a wall to separates mexico and the united states. President Trump admitted that he will be the one to blame because he wants the wall and wants to keep people safe from terrorist. Most likely the country will suffer for great money lost if the president wont reopen the government and many job will be lost in the process and when so the President does decide to open the government it will have to over work to makeup all the time they had missed.

The government shutdown has been going on for 35 days, meaning 35 days of constant fear that people have about the possibility of going homeless, starving, and in some cases not being able to pay medical bills. Some major things that have been affected are national parks, airports being shutdown, programs for the needy are in jeopardy, tax refunds might not be sent out, all because people have stopped working because they were not getting paid. The fault is not on the people of this country, it is the president's fault. Trump admitted, during a meeting with congress, that he was to blame for all of this, but it doesn't bother him because he never gone through what these people are going through. I think that the people are going to get tired of Trump and will do something to stop this shutdown, not sure what but hopefully something smart and organized so it wouldn't cause more destruction to this country.

Its day 35 since the president shut down the gov't, it has impacted many peoples lifes, public places, now even the airports. This is all the presidents fault, he even said hes proud of what he did & that he takes full credit for it. If the gov't maintains shut down many people wont have enough money to pay bills or wont have enough to even buy food. Hes just going to cause problems for many people to have.

The government has been shutdown for 35 days now, which is the longest it's ever been in US history and federal workers missed two pay checks already. It's obviously the presidents fault for this government shutdown. Some airports have been shutdown because the air traffic workers are too tired to work. They are too tired to work because they are working another job to put food on the table and pay bills and they aren't getting any sleep. I predict that if this keeps on going it will effect the whole country and a possible riot.

The shut down has been going on for 35 days now and there and A lot of people and places who has been affected . People who voted for him regret it now cause they got issues to fix in their family zone . People go to work with no pay and their are people who go to shelters to get to get some food . Trump just weird and he's just thinking about himself . He said the wall is just for the safety for the people from terrorist . I think he's meaning of "Safe" is having he's people suffer and abandoned cause is "WALL' isn't gonna solve anything . He literally said how the wall he's making can be taken down . So whats the point of shutting down the gov't if its Not gonna work .

The government shut down lasted about 35 days and he said that he will make sure that the employees will get paid for the lost time. According to the source CNN They showed a family that has a little girl that can really breathe on her own but she needs a ventilator to help her breathe but its with electricity. They need money to pay bills and get resources for their little girl. The father said that he regretted voting for Trump because the shut down the government and they can't be able to get paid.

I think that is not a good action of Donald Trump do to America to shut down the government. Many people got to look for another job to get some money cuss they are not getting pay. All this is Trump's fault because he order to shut down the government for a long time.

The government shutdown is going on for 35 days and the people responsible for this is President Trump and Republicans in Congress because they were too busy upgrading the wall to decrease Immigration from the south. The taxes is still in play to help people to pay for those who go to work but doesn't get paid.

I feel like its most of the presidents fault because in reality we as citizens of the U.S we look up to and expect a lot good things to come of him in order to prosper as a country. Well as president we can see that Obama in fact did do a lot of positive changes for those inside the country in the need of and those out of the country. Also, the fact that Trump is demanding money from the Democrats its nonsense because all he is doing is worrying about the wall he thinks keeps criminals away from outside are coming which in truth its people already within the country doing them.

Negotiators are moving toward an agreement on a deal to reopen the government, but it has not receive final sign off from all side, two sources familiar say. The deal would be CR for three weeks, which would include the current level of fencing and wall repair money ($1.3 billion for year). If they don’t reach the deal, trump will expected to say he will invoke a national emergency. About 5,000 IRS workers cited hardship and did not show up to work and 9,000 others were not able to be reached, according to two congressional aldes briefed on the matter. They were called back in anticipation of the filling season beginning.

I believe the government shutdown will be continued because the democratic and the republican haven't made a decision for buliding the border wall.

President Trump has shut down the government due to the fact that he wants money for a wall to be built that stops illegal immigration. This shut down has affected many people and caused them to be unemployed and possibly cause them to lose their homes. The president is for sure at fault because he is supposed to make sure that the people of the US don't starve or go into a depression like before. He is being selfish and doesn't care about the outcome of his actions. I think that Trump will end up giving in and eventually opening the government back up because it doesn't seem like the democrats will give in first.

The president shout down the government due to not getting money for the wall. I think this is childish because he should be worrying about more important things. Many people aren't getting paid due to the actions the president did. They should have never have to deal with this many people might need the money.
