My thought about the Corona virus is that its crazy from how easy it is to get it and how fast it went to where it is now, makes me think so much possiblities from it. I think digital learning as exciting because i will be enhanced in my learning because i learn quicker digitally and its more sufficient for myself. I think its the right thing to do till we have a cure because i dont want to get my grandma to get sick and it kills her.

I feel like the corona virus took us all by surprise because of how fast the world changed because of a illness. I've been homeschooled before so I'm not too fond of the whole online thing but if that's the only way to stay on track then I'll have to do what i must.i think that the quarentine is necessary because its good that they tell us to stay home and be safe because their are people who are dying from it so as much as we are trying not to take it serious we have to realize it is real.

They also should have blocked China off from the world like they did with ebola and Africa. My thoughts on social distancing I say its common sense everyone needs space about the digital learning it can take some time to get use to but once i get use to it will be no problem. About quarantine i already stay in the house so its nothing new.

I disagree with (Dontai Shelby per 5) Because the government already knew about this new disease (Flu/Virus) that was coming to the whole world and killing people. Our government just didn't react as quick as possible, by closing our boarders to the world, or letting people leave the country. my thought about social distances is a good idea but people still doesn't listen about a 6 feet distance and some dont even wear a facial mask.I think the government did good by closing boarders or putting people in quarantine but i feel like it was to late.

I think the Corona Virus is affecting people to do crazy things because they have to stay at home, go to work from home, and go to school from home. I think social distancing and digital learning are the best option as of right now because this virus is killing and affecting people drastically. The Government imposed quarantine and border closures people from out of the country usually are the ones who are testing positive for the virus. This cause the whole country to shut down businesses and many more.

The Corona Virus is rising and infecting people because they are choosing to make bad choices and not stay 6 feet back. People are choosing to not stay 6 feet from each other which is making the infection rate to increase. We need to get back to social distancing, so that we can open back up once the infection rate starts to decrease. Then once we get back to low infection rates, then they can talk about opening the community back up once the rates will decrease.

Yes i do agree with Daniel. Many of the people are being affected by this virus. I think if we wear a mask and we keep a 6 feat distance we can get rid of the contagious virus and leave are lives normal again. At the moment we have to learn how to live like this and keep going on.

It's a lot more easy to do distance learning because It is easy to turn in an assignment on time. Having to do work online has been very easy for me to do ever since we've been on quarantine.

My thought about the Corona Virus is that the United States had discovered this disease in 2019 and they tried to keep this disease hidden from the American people. I think social distancing is the best option as of right now because over millions of people are getting infected or even worse, they are dying from this disease. I think digital learning is the best option because we don't know if we can go back to see and not get infected, if someone has the virus. Everything should be closed down because we have people who does not listen and wants to be a rebel and then they are ones who usually get sick or probably even in a bad condition.

There also a method where you have to wash you hand for at least a minute with hot water and soap. That method doesn't much, but it is that way we can do for now.

Learning digitally I think would affect everything and everyone in a BIG way. Many students dont have access to computers or internet. My thought about this event is not that serious but like we should still be safe and protect ourselves. We need to stay healthy and with perfect hygiene and everything will be okay. This virus has led to schools shutting down. So,students are taking online classes, which is okay because they're are not in public in risk of getting it. Many people will say that they're wasting their time indoors but as a student, I wish I can be home and chill and get my work done without worrying about the chaos that's going on in the real world. My opinion about the government quarantines is very unnecessary because it's preventing people from leaving the areas. Some people don't even have the virus but they're still being kept secured where it's stationed.

People should have good hygiene in general, they shouldn't be panicking as bad as they are now. I think that learning online is a good idea because our generation is used to technology, but some students don't have access to internet. Other students only have internet access through their phone. I would miss hanging around with my friends and some of my teachers. The government should take control but to a certain extent. They aren't allowing people to travel. The people should have the choice to travel or not and face the consequences.

I agree with Ashley because we've been through outbreaks like this before and it is unnecessary that people feed into the fear because it causes unnecessary chaos. The public is feeding into the fear put onto us by the news and the media but what they fail to see is that they sell us the story that best gives them the most views instead of telling us only the facts and not stretching the truth to their benefit. The people has calmed down on the over buying supplies a bit but they're still over reacting and in trying to "protect" themselves and stopping the spread of the virus they're littering all over the place. They have surgical gloves on and N95 masks or fabric masks but dispose of them on the streets to "avoid" ceros contamination but that's just causing a whole other problem all together. As for learning online I think it is a better alternative because we get a bit more time on assignments and don't feel as pressured to finish right away and we're in a more controlled setting, where we feel most comfortable.

It’s a wild outbreak because big changes are happening over night and you don’t know what to expect but wait for the best. I agree with Jessica that online schooling wouldn’t be as great because many kids learn better in physical environments where they have access to help from different peers and teachers. Online schooling will be very controversial because some students may not be responsible to keep up with school digitally so not everyone will receive their full education throughout the time.

While I fully understand the threat of the virus and what it can cause people are slightly overreacting. People shouldn't have to tell each other to "wash your hands", "cover your mouth when you sneeze or cough". People should be doing these things in general and it wouldn't have spread at all. If classes are to be online it will help with not spreading the virus but not everyone learns the same way. It'll be worse for some students. I personally can't learn through computers so all we can do is wait and see what will happen.

I can understand that the government doesn't want the coronavirus spread. I don't want that catching onto me and if schools locks down or something. If we had stay for weeks. I can't stay for to long cause I have a baby at home waiting for me. If we stay stuck at home and can't go out to buy food ect like how am I going to buy formula. I already have been upset about this because I want to go out with my family without having any worries about this but I got to keep safe. Most likely we are already stuck. Also if we had digital learning and I would still have to do work at home, but it wouldn't help me at all. I would have no concentration because I have baby to take care of. For me, it is hard to learn by computers because in school it more easier. I have teachers giving more explanation if I get stuck. Pretty sure I will understand more to continue work. what ever happens I rather not get sick. I know made no sense but I know for sure you guys understand. 1 thing, if people can't travel to another country cause of this then all well.

My thoughts about our situation is that we’re in a vulnerable state. The virus is spreading and there’s no cure for it, so a lot of events and schools are being postponed to prevent further contamination. No one really knows what’s going to happen to America and how the citizens could be impacted. Honestly, I think it’s best that our education goes digital so we don’t get it and spread it to the elderly. Also the school district should provide students with a laptop or internet access for those who don’t have them. I also wouldn’t mind government imposed quarantines because it’s for our own good.

I agree with you Ashley in the fact that we are indeed in a vulnerable state. It's also very concerning how there is no vaccine for the public just yet and will most likely take more time to find a cure. I also agree with you on that the school should definitely go the digital route for the best outcome for the students and staff. Thank you for your post, I appreciate your viewpoint on the situation we are all in.

I agree with you Ashley because it’s highly contagious which leaves all of us to be vulnerable. Although I do agree that we should take different precautions for the safety of everyone’s health, I don’t like the fact that it’s gonna effect how we receive our education, public events, access of water/medical shortages, etc.

I agree with you Bianca because I don’t think coming to school is the best way to deal with this issue. I believe that students should stay home and do their work at home . I believe that it would be best if students are home schooled until it’s safer to be outside and the number of people who are inflected goes down.

After a few weeks of quarantine, I just see how bad and contagious the corona virus really is. This takes a toll on everyone, families stopped going to work so they worry about bills, stuck in houses and won’t be able to see loved ones, and although there is online school, it won’t be as affective and miss the experience as it would be then going to school.

A few weeks into quarantine, and I can see how bad this pandemic got. With social distancing, families temporarily don’t have jobs so they worry about bills, won’t see loved ones outside homes, can’t enjoy life experiences, and although kids receive online school, they won’t be as affective and would miss the experience.

Since being in quarantine, I’ve realized how greatly the corona virus has impacted us. A lot of businesses and schools have closed down due to the widespread of the virus. People are panicking during this pandemic and struggling to get by. There’s really nothing we can do except distance ourselves from others and wait for a cure.

It’s been a month since quarantine and so far it has been okay for me. After being in quarantine for 2 months, I have gotten adjusted to online learning. I still prefer traditional learning than virtual learning because it's become harder for me to stay motivated for online learning. The Corona virus pandemic doesn't really scare me in regards to my own health but i fear that i may be a carrier. The last thing i would want to do is affect anyone elses health. It also worry me that the city might be limited or restricted in certain parts for certain people. Im worried that the prices may heighten and pay may vary. It scares me to think that its a possibility that grocery stores may be scarce and water limited.

I believe the corona virus should be taken seriously, but people shouldn’t panic because it causes chaos amongst communities. If school were to get shut down, it would be a problem for students who don’t have access to internet or computers at home. The U.S News reports about a “homework gap” which is the term for approximately 12 million students that don’t have access to technology at home. This becomes an issue when school might continue online worldwide. I believe schools and corporations should provide these students with hotspot or technology in order for them to also continue their education. I also think government issued quarantines would help contain the virus.

My thoughts are what if the virus ends up crossing over the threshold of adolescents too soon. Therefore committing to shut down schools would already be too late. However I do agree that communities that are, less fortunate, should be able to afford access to education despite the setbacks of the virus. I also agree that the government should issue quarantines however I would hope they consider quality over quantity, not just abusing those who may have contracted the virus. As we’ve seen in media, the deaths only seem to occur with the elderly and people who are not minorities in society.

If people keep freaking out about the virus they are going to be focused on the virus more than the smaller more important problems and won't solve it if they're freaking out about it. Schools should provide technology that students can take home that already has internet access to be able to be used at home or outside of their homes.

The corona virus is causing lots of fear and people need to be aware and careful of their surroundings. Digital learning will allow for learning but it necessarily limits and causes strain on many people. Not everyone has internet or computer access. Also not everyone is able to learn digitally. Everyone’s daily life will be disrupted. The government has done something but they haven’t really taken full action and taken it as serious as people are taking it.

I agree with you on the fact that the schools going into digital learning will have an impact on everyone. Teachers and staff have families that rely on an income to survive on. As for the students digital learnings doesn’t seem right because we are not getting the full education when it comes to help or explanations on subjects. Digital learning doesn’t block us out from distractions making learning less possible. Yet even after all this out safety of people has to always come first.

Although digital learning has always been a great alternative and is already integrated into my daily learning the concern that is raised is what will students without access to a stable internet connection or electronics to participate in digital learning do? A government quarantine would in one way be a good way to prevent more cases but it would definitely instill panic in the people which would have a negative impact.

My thoughts on the corona virus at this moment is that its scary because we have to be extra careful with what we touch , who we talk to , and things that we aren’t used to . We have to prepare for anything coming , like if they do decide to close our schools then that means that we will have to extend the school year which sucks and if they don’t close the schools we are at risk of catching the virus which will cause the disease to spread even more. My thoughts on having digital learning as our only education option is its not the best but At least we’ll still be able to get school work done.

My thoughts on the corona virus are all over the place. It is something that is becoming serious in America, so we do need to be aware of our surroundings and our health. People in America, I believe, are being ridiculous about this event. For example, going to grocery store, going to any store first thing in the morning, right after they open and grabbing the whole section of hand sanitizers, soap, toilet paper, water, is too much. They are not the only people that need those things, and they are being inconsiderate about other people’s needs. Because of the corona virus, schools are getting shut down, which means my school is getting shut down sooner than later, which I am kinda thrilled about because I don’t like going to school and waking up early, so this will be a break for me, but we are still going to have a lesson and learning through the Internet, which does not work for me because I am more of a physical learner. I can’t have a teacher come and help me when I have a question, they can’t physically explain my concern on the assignment. I can’t interact with my teacher, and that’s the best part of being in a class because a lot of teachers are what make the assignment less stressful by their interaction and the way they learn, and you cannot have that through the computer. The corona virus is unfortunately spreading and we do not have the control to fix it, which is concerning in many ways, but we just have to be aware and take extra care of ourselves. Hopefully this can be cured sooner than later and we can all get through this safe and healthy.

My thoughts on this incident is how did it spread world wide in a short matter of time. I want to know if a cure is being made and if that cure would be really expensive. I also think that the US isn’t ready for digital learning because not everyone has access to internet and many student still don’t even know how to use one. Overall it will cost a lot of money because of the supplies the district has to get to make sure online learning will function. I think the government has inquired quarantine because of the amount of people that are crowded at there work places everyday. It’s more safer to work at home than being outside around unknown individuals who might have the virus and you won’t even know. Quarantined in opinion is a smart and safest way to work for the meanwhile while the virus is still out there and spreading.

I believe that it’s a crises that the world has never seen and that the best thing to stay safe is to stay home but I think having online classes as the only option right now is very contrasting due to the fact that not everyone learns the same. Sometimes students need actual contact with a teacher, and classrooms allow that one on one. Taking that away would be like cutting students opportunities. I believe the fact that we are still here in class, at school is a privilege and should be appreciated more before it’s gone. Not only that but as started in the article, coronavirus school closings expose digital divide, “12 million students who do not have access to the internet at home and because of that are at a significant disadvantage in completing schoolwork.” Clearly not everyone has the benefit to online classes. I think the government is doing what it can right now.

I think that having online school would not be something that would work for everyone because not everyone has access to internet. Not only that but some people may not even do the work at home. Along with that not having a teacher to explain things when you might need more and more help is not something that I find very good. Staying at home and not doing anything is also very boring, children will not be allowed to go out because of their parents because they don’t want to catch the virus. Having government quarantines is a good idea but also a bad idea because the government might abuse the power they have in that certain situation. But they might think about what good governemend quarantine might be like.

You can somewhat stop this from spreading so fast but It’ll keep spreading. The thought of having digital learning to me is not a good idea since not all schools have enough devices for students to access these digital classes and not all students have a electronic device in order to take the classes so they would just lose the education they are supposed to get. I think what the government is doing is a good idea but also a bad one since people who contain this virus are staying in the U.S and people who don’t can’t leave the U.S which is putting them in risk by them being able to get infected by this virus

Now that it’s been about 3 weeks in quarantine i can back up my answer from before since we can see the number of people that are infected is still increasing even if the government said to stay home. It’s good that the government is trying to prevent this but at the same time this event is affecting so many people in different ways since a lot of places are closing and people are unemployed. People are being affected because they have to go risk theirselves to go outside and look for another job because they have to pay rent but food and pay bills. The online classes will not be the same for all the kids for example myself I don’t think I will be learning the same through a online course than if I’m in school and being able to ask questions to the teacher this is going to affect many other students the same way.

It has been around 7 weeks of quarantine and not a lot of things have changed. A lot of places such as stores or just business have became stricter with their protection to stop the spread of this virus in some places you have to wear both gloves and a face mask to buy stuff and if you do not have any you cant buy nothing tons of people have lost their jobs due to this personally i have been working and even the amount of work has decreased so much there has been days where they tell me not to go because there is no work. This is going to keep on affecting people because if they do not have a job how are they going to pay they're house bills or even rent. I still think social distancing is necessary because we do want to reduce the spread of this virus but also the government should help us by giving us the necessary things to keep us protected such as face masks and gloves because what if we do not have any more money to buy such things due to the low amount of work so the government should help in that part. The government already helped many people by giving them money but it has not only been one month that people haven't been able to pay their rent so i do not think they have done enough for the people that are living in this country. Distance learning was a good idea since they are giving out computers to all the students who do not have a device to do their work on. There are many other problems due to distance learning since some students cant learn all the things that are assigned because they need a teacher to explain to them and not every teacher is doing a virtual meeting with their students.

with the corona virus being such a global issue and risk, many strong but necessary steps towards the protection of the people, like the postponing of the NBA season, and even shutting down air travel from Europe for 30 days. another problematic stipulation being the shutting down of schools. schools have students that are tailored to learned in their own personal matter, so when you take them out of it you confine them to discomfort and anguish, causing a halt to their learning.

Big events have already been canceled and everyone is freaking out. Staying home and avoiding public places will decrease the chance of getting this virus so having to take school online will be the right and safe choice to make. This event started far away from here and it wasn’t much of a worry. The fact that it got closer to home made this event more real to everyone, which of course caused more of a panic. In a sense I have the certainty that this is only affecting the elderly right now but we all have elderly people as our loved ones and the biggest pain would be to loose them. Of course this virus can get worse. Yet it is not only affecting the health of people but, it is affecting economy as well. That’s another worry that people have to keep in mind. When actually thinking about this situation education gets left behind of course digital learning is not the ideal way for me to learn and I know that I won’t learn much this way but if that’s what needs to occur for safety that’s what matters. Of course there is bigger problems and most students might enjoy this because they will have days off not realizing it is affecting everyone in the school system these are more people put on a pause of of their jobs and families left without income, a couple days off isn’t fun if the reasons for it are affecting the health and living of others. For once I don’t disagree with the government there should be a quarantine only for the safety of the people but either way people will be affected financially. I really do hope this is not a long term thing only because if that’s what it comes to most of this country might not be able to get through it causing larger hardships to come along the way.

The second week of quarantine passed and it was a week where to me there was so much desperation to leave the house. As for school, I now see that to most students that is our way out and when we don't have an education we actually realize how much we need it. School is the place where we see our friends and we take a break from our life at home. The virus has gotten worse but, the only thing people can actually do right now is stay home, keep everything clean, and sanitized. Time is passing and there are people without income and they have families to maintain. We've heard that the government is going to give money but what about those with a larger household? I just really wish this is over soon because this is something I really don't like. It's stopping so many things around us and time is passing, that alone is going to hurt society in the long term.

After the third week and now almost ending this fourth week of quarantine all things seem to have come to a sudden stop. The first week it sure might have been entertaining and something new to everyone but, now it has gotten to the point where the majority of people have stopped working without income and even though everyone is practicing social distancing the numbers keep rising. There isn't much people can do about it other then stay inside and stay sanitized. Stores are taking precautions as well but this virus is still going around. Students aren't getting there proper education which is necessary, having it online is a dristraction and won't make up for the full learning experience. Students want to return to school and I'm sure that everyone wants there normal routine back which at this point is becoming frustrating because we don't seem to be making any progress.

Many store have sold out of water, hand sanitizer and toilet paper which is good that people are aware of the virus spreading but for others that are trying to buy supplies is hard because of how every store don't have any. No I don't think we should have digital learning because of how distracted we are with our phones and majority of us would probably not even do our work online. This virus has become a really serious topic that's been affecting many people around the world. We have to be prepared for anything that will becoming in the next few weeks. Having digital learning will be useful because the virus won't come into contact with other people and less people will get the virus. Also, having digital learning will not be useful for the fact that most kids will get distracted and some kids don't really have WiFi nor a computer to work on their work. Government quarantine would be a good idea it will keep the people safe and less people to get the virus.

I agree with Keiri about learning online will help to control the virus, but not everyone has a computer at home or internet. Kids would get distracted much more easier or they could chose to just ignore the work.

My thoughts on this event is that people are panicking over accessibly, like yes! this is a tragic virus that may cause people to contract and possibly cause death but over all of this if people are panicking too much it can cause stress, depression, or anxiety which is also a big deal. Having digital learning as my only learning option is crazy and it might be difficult because we won't be getting the help we need. I think that government imposed quarantines is a positive thing because they're trying to prevent the coronavirus from spreading even more than it already is.

Its crazy to think about how the corona virus is affecting ALL of us. Its a world crisis! Stores are running out of supplies like water, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. Many school and colleges are shutting down like Harvard. Having digital learning as my only education option seems unreal, but it's a real concern. It would not only hurt the students but the teachers and staff as well. Some students don't have access to internet or any access to digital things. Teachers and staff won't be making money to support their selves and families. I think the government should be thinking about imposing quarantines because it help making the virus spread.

Yes i agreed many families are losing hours at work so they're not getting as much money as they usually do. Many store are running out of supplies which is making the supplies more expensive but how are people going to buy the supplies if they're not even working enough hours.

my thoughts about the corona virus is that they should make a cure soon because many people will not last in there homes not doing nothing.what if some people cant afford a laptop for the digital learning and stuff like that how would we learn.also how would people wash there clothes and eat food if they run out the fact that we need water and companies are making water more and more expensive if you can't afford it or if the store you go to doesn't have water buy big juges and fill them up with plenty of water from a 99 cent store

In my own opinion i personally think that online schooling would be a good idea because you can do it in the comfort of your own home and start at anytime you want. I personally also don't that online schooling would be a good idea because some students don't have WiFi or internet access. Other students have the internet access they need but will forget to do it or will be lazy and not do it. The idea of the online schooling will be easier, better, and faster for some students because they can get help from family members that have gone over what they have done, it will also make is harder for the virus to spread in your own home. Its still a bad idea because some students will leave their house when online schooling is supposed to be done and make it easier for them to get the virus. I wouldn't mind doing online classes because i could do the classes anywhere i'm at it will be easier access for me.

Many students at Locke are not used to taking online classes. The corona virus is highly contagious, it is spreading all over the world. Locke is very vulnerable to this virus. Although the mortality rate is low for youth, students can affect teachers and staff (and vice versa) via contact. Some students don't have access to wifi or data at home; this can affect the student's learning progress over time. I believe online classes are good, only to those who will take online learning very seriously. This virus can also cause stocks and company Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to fall. A recession during our time is not good. People are over stocking on water and household supplies like toilet paper.

I'm actually a bit scared. At first, I didn't really pay attention to the news. I didn't think it would be so serious and become a pandemic. But know I always check what's going on because I realized that it affects me in a major way. Events are being canceled, even school events. The district might even end up closing down all schools. The only option would be finishing school online. I have nothing against digital learning, but I don't want this to happen. This would be a drastic change for many students. Would students even be able to? Not everyone has a computer or access to the internet. What would be of them? Many parents have to go to work. What will happen with their children? I also believe all schools should teach and inform their students about the virus so they know what's happening and so they understand what the world is going through. This is becoming a extremely serious problem and we need to start thinking of solutions. The president has stopped flights from Europe from entering the US, but this won't solve the problem completely. As time passes people begin to panic. Stores are running out of water, canned food, toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and many other supplies. Many people are beginning to self quarantine when they start to feel the symptoms of the virus, and the government is also imposing quarantines. I'm not so sure what to think of this. At the same time I think it's a good and bad idea. What will happen to all of those people? The only thing left is to hope for the best.

My thoughts on the corona virus is that I'm a little concern because it's spreading kinda quickly. I went to the store yesterday and saw many people buying cases of water and the prices went up. I don't think it will be a good idea for schools to cancel classes and provide digital learning because not everybody has access to internet, and it will be difficult for some students. Many big events have been canceled like sports events and concerts. Even some colleges have cancelled classes and now students need to do their classes online.

My thoughts and concerns of the Corona Virus is that The government and health officials are doing their best to make a choice to prevent spread of the outbreak and keep us out of harms way. Based upon the circumstances of the corona virus outbreak, basketball commissioner Adam Silver has suspended the basketball season indefinitely. I agree it was the correct manner to do, as it poised a threat to everyone involved in the arena, reports of two NBA players, Rudy Gobert, Donavan Mitchell, in the Utah Jazz have tested positive, as of today, in order to stop the spread or risk of other contact, season has been suspended. Despite being careful to preventing a spread of the virus, many people will have to lose funding and jobs, as there won’t be any roles to be filled. The economy will be walking into financial trouble, as jobs will be taken if the virus spreads. I believe it was still the correct move as the best way to get those jobs back is to make sure no virus spreads and search for a vaccine. In regards of potential learning through online services, it will be rather difficult as we are speaking of many people losing jobs, as teacher’s roles will be less needed. Not to mention, many people learn best differently, as some may be able to comprehend with the digital learning, some may need hands on or other activities of learning. I personally hope it doesn’t happen, as it would make learning more difficult and hard to adapt to the change. Last but not least, the government has requested that you’d quarantine yourself if being introduced to the virus, as if you go to departments of health, you are a threat to others, as you can spread the virus. It is smart to take the precautions, as it’s best to remain safe and hope for a way to prevent exposure to others.

But then when I heard that people were dying and being kept on a ship and stuff, it started freaking me out. And school online wouldn’t be as bad as people think because we still getting taught the only difference would be online nothing would really change besides online learning helping us catch up even when schools are shut down

The Corona Virus is kind of crazy. It is spreading quickly and there isn’t a full cure yet. I think people are over reacting a little too much. They just need to chill and try not to get close to a lot of random people. To make sure people don’t spread it, we are having online learning. I think online learning isn’t bad. I prefer this because i can make sure i have all of the info i need and i can do work peacefully and not have super loud people in class being a distraction.

I think the corona virus is something we should worry about. It is something to worry about to an extent because the school shuting down might have an effect on some of the students because not all will be able to do there work on online class's. Many dont have the resources that soem have which are laptops and access to internet this can effect them if we do class's online. Luckily im one of the ones who has access to these resources but imagine not being able to do work because you dont have the necessary resources. This can effect the future of many students.

I agree with Max, the virus is something to worry about but to a certain extent. Since schools are being shutdown, many teachers will rely on digital work for homeschooling and if one doesn't have the resources it could go badly for a student in their future. Especially students of 2020 who are about to graduate and having to potentially postpone graduation or events that are planned.

The Coronavirus outbreak is a terrifying event. This virus has spread out quickly and led to a huge impact on society in every single way. In addition, digital learning is a great alternative to be able to conserve the “classroom feel” in receiving an education. It helps keep things more in order. A concern i’d have is for the people who don’t have internet access. How would they be able to receive an education without these resources? I also believe that government quarantines aren’t awful because its for our own good.

I agree with Karen that it is a good alternative, because we won’t be putting others at risk of getting sick and we won’t be at risk either. But the concern for those who don’t have internet access or any other device to learn at home is real because they deserve an equal education as well. And starting up a bigger quarantine isn’t bad its for the American citizens best interest to keep those infecte far away from anyone else.

As time progressed, things got very serious. I still agree that this event is terrifying, but it it also tragic. From people getting sick to other losing their jobs, this pandemic has affected everyone. Social distancing should also be respected since people take this very seriously. Digital learning is still a great alternative, but it is difficult getting up in the morning. Learning a subject at this moment isn't as hard as i'd thought it be. In addition, everything closing down is a great decision to prevent the virus from spreading. Although, there were several protests about the coronavirus lockdown that people aren't content about.

My thoughts on the new Corona Virus is just like anyone else's. It is very terrifying that the virus is in our city with multiple cases but the media does give the panic the extra fear. Just like with many other diseases, this new virus is potentially dangerous but if people weren't concerned majorly with other viruses or diseases, why like this now? Most of the virus fear came from media craze on on the news and social media. Memes, thoughts of how supplies are running out, and how the virus is going to kill us all. It concerns me to a certain level as to I hope a loved one of mine doesn't get it or if they do that they recover. What mostly concerns me is Supermarkets and people's jobs. With stocks going down, markets running out of things, and how counties are not allowing people in or out, the world is going through a change. The virus is dangerous with hundreds of cases around the globe but, in my opinion, I wouldn't want to be involved in the media's fear.

My thoughts about the corona-virus is that its incredible how it started in one country and now the virus is worldwide. I believe digital learning will be extremely ineffective because for starters, people don't even try to learn or do their work at SCHOOL just imagine the lack of learning and work being done if we have to do this at home. Furthermore there are students who don't even have access to the internet at all so that would be a huge dilemma for them if digital learning is the after all "solution". In my opinion the government imposed quarantines is a positive thing as it prevents the virus from spreading even more and it limits further concerns.

My thoughts on the the corona virus is that it is not shocking to me how quickly it is spreading because of the amount of travel going on around the world and humans on this planet . I believe digital learning is ineffective due to the fact that not many people do work in school and imagine how much they would lack while being at home and some students dont even have access to the internet at home and that would be another factor to why it is a waste of time. Government imposed quarantine is a good thing in my opinion because it would stop the spread of the virus and would result in less fatalities world wide .

My thoughts on having online learning is that it isn't good. I personally can admit that I get distracted fairly easily on an electronic device and people learn in different ways, I feel as if I learn better with a teacher in front of me helping me with what I don't understand. Also some people as myself don't really have a device to be able to work on. I think that’s it’s crazy how this virus is spreading so fast and how many people are scared trying to stock up on supplies in case everything gets closed. I’m kind of worried because they said if you don’t have the best immune system you’re more likely to be affected more and well I have asthma. I think getting our assignments online won’t be bad because it’ll be better for our health that we don’t get exposed to anything and so those who are more at risk are safe as well. And I think that the government should quarantine those who are infected but far away from everyone else to try their best and keep it contained.

I hate the fact that we have to do digital learning because how is that supposed to help students who don’t have access to computers I believe this will cause 75% if not more of Locke students to fall behind if they don’t have paper class package. I think the government needs to be more clear of who the virus is truly effecting because it doesn’t seem like the young so I don’t favor the quarantines only because it’s sending the country into an unnecessary frizzy and the Democratic and republicans are not making it any better they are supposed to be united however they are still divided.

Digital learning is really different and to me it’s hard just because I learn with people actually showing me what my mistakes are when I’m learning something. With digital learning being our only option it’s hard for me to learn. Quarantines are good and helpful but some people love going outside and don’t listen to what the government has to say. Now we are the country with most confirmed cases of the coronavirus.

My thoughts on this corona virus going on in the world is very scary to be around. Just the thought of knowing the virus is literally in the air and staying there for 3 hours, not knowing if someone coughed in your area hours before you or not, which is why it is so important tp stay home. You are so much more protected in your home, then out on the streets. This is why it is so important to stay at home, but if you do need to go out for an emergency, such as going to grocery store, hospitals, or to work, it is important to be protected at all costs, not only for yourself, but for everybody else because you do not know if you have the virus yourself, especially if you do not have the money to pay to get tested. The virus survives in the air for 3 hours, on copper for 4 hours on plastic for 2-3 hours, on cardboard for 24 hours and stainless steel for 72 hours, which is why it is important to clean everything around you after being used. I have seen too many people go in and out their houses, going to fast food restaurants not being protected by wearing gloves and masks and acting like it is a normal days, WHEN ITS NOT!!!!! Our country literally have the most cases of COVID-19 in the world! And people are still not taking this seriously???!!!! People like that are the reason why this is not going to get any better any time soon and why more and more cases are being discovered everyday. China no longer have cases of the virus, when they were the first ones who started the virus, but because they stayed home and protected themselves, it Is gone. This is something serious and people need to stay home and stop being ignorant.

My thoughts on this event of the corona virus is very shocking, people doing to much.they really getting down for toilet paper. And im hoping that people take advantage of these weeks /months to focus on catch up with school and more importantly to themselfs. My opinion about having digital learning as my only option is not to good, not everybody has access to internet and / or counts on one on one teaching . What do I think about the government imposing quarantines , they better know what they doing cuss I dont like staying home.

As a senior, this event has caused many uncertainties not just in my final educational semester as a high schooler but as well as my senior activities. It is because of this event that we don't know if we will have a prom, a gradnite, or a graduation. These are a few of the many activities I and countless others looked forward for the past 3 and a half years. The event that impacts me the most is graduation. I've spent my entire high school career creating a resume to be able to accomplish my childhood dream to speak at graduation. This resume entails of a perfect high school transcript (straight As every single semester since freshman year), passing ap exams, being involved in extracurricular activities, and the list goes on. It's because of this pandemic that it caused me to question why I did what I did. It made me question whether the past 4 years were worth it. Was the studying and stress worth a dream being stripped away as if it was nothing. However, these events happening are only speculation and no one know what is going to happen or how long social distancing will last. Due to this realization I overcame my own self-doubt. See during this pandemic, colleges were releasing admissions decisions. I was admitted to 9 out of the 11 colleges I applied to. The two biggest ones being UCLA and NYU. I got into these schools because of what I accomplished throughout high school. I got in because of what I did through my 4 years, and the pandemic simply made me doubt that because it felt like everything was taken away when in reality it wasn't. You don't spend 4 years of your life to just walk across a stage or dance at prom, those are add ons. You spend 4 years of your life to get into college or figure out what you want to do after high school. Yes I am deeply saddened that I walked on Saint Street for the last time as a senior, went to my last sports event, or even stepped on campus for the last time without knowing that. I am extremely disappointed that my senior year ended like this because I expected more. But I can not lie and tell you that this undermines my accomplishments or even defines my high school experience. I've come to terms that the unexpected will happen, and either you will sit idly and let it destroy you or get up and do something about it.

So far on quarantine I’ve been pretty occupied and haven’t really been fazed by being home all this time but what I have noticed is that every now and then I lose track of the day or what time it is and I guess it’s because I just don’t have a schedule so that’s about I’m fine

These pass 2 weeks has been getting more scarier due to the things that they are getting more serious as in being on lock down for weeks or months. We don’t know when the virus is going to stop spreading or if they still haven’t found a cure for it.This virus has spread out quickly and led to a huge impact on society in every single way. Many people are losing hours of work or there jobs have been closed due to the Coronavirus. They would not have any money to support there families.

My thoughts about the corona virus is that many people don’t know how to act they don’t listen to what they don’t have to do and still go out. It’s crazy how it’s been spreading so fast. My thoughts are that the government should have been prepared for this. My thoughts of the digital learning is very boring because it’s not as fun learning online and it gets boring not having ur friends to talk about what we’re learning.

It’s already the three week of quarantine and at this point I’m not keeping track of what day is it. I’m worried about how this would affect someone’s mental health because we can’t go outside and do what we would normally do. We are just cooped inside our houses for a long period of time. It feels like I’ve been inside longer than three weeks.

My thoughts on this corona outbreak is starting to make me worried throughout time. Seeing more cases around my area especially, is making be more aware while I am in the public. I believe like there is something going on within the government that they are not telling the public and have a plan for the long run. We are supposed to be staying home and be in quarantine. Unfortunately, I have seen multiple people going out with no protection like if as it was a normal, non-infected day. It makes me upset seeing it on the media because it shows that people are not taking this serious and are not thinking about other people's health. I would understand if people had to go to the grocery store or work, but they are not even wearing a mask or wearing gloves, if they don't believe in them, then they should at least wash their hands. If people were to stay in their homes like they're supposed to, this would end a lot faster, just like it did in China. Traveling in and out of China is how the virus spread, and the fact that they have not had any new cases of COVID-19, shows that it can be cured. COVID-19 is something that will make history, because it was something very effective.

Almost 2 months since school was cancelled( physical school). Digital learning just started this week and I honestly prefer it. Digital learning gives students more space to do work, no interactions so no distractions from people, and the work ( so far) is easy to understand. Yes I do miss going to school and seeing my friends at school or talking to people during passing periods but I honestly can’t complain with digital learning .

Covid 19 as a pandemic is unfortunate because it has sent a large amount of people into recession, although it doesn’t affect me personally I see how much it affects my parents and close ones trying to adhere to the laws and social distance. So many aren’t lucky enough to stay at home and practice said distancing because they have to go out and work to make ends meet. Social distancing in my opinion is a technique to minimize risks to being infected by the virus and I believe that if those who have the ability to stay at home should do so, and I’m definitely not against it existing and curve the impact it has on Los Angeles.

My thoughts about the COVID-19 is that it is unfortunate for the world, more so the people in the United States, because we are forced to live in an unusual way. Some are forced to change the way they live and other have to change they work. Many people are also jobless, so they are not able to make money to put food on the table and there are others that have to wait in lines, 6 feet away, just to get some groceries. Social distancing does get annoying, but if it is working, then we should still practice it.

I am feeling more hopeful now than I was when I last wrote. With two new vaccines being ready to be given out I feel like many lives will be saved. In an article by the CDC titled, " Benefits of Getting a COVID-19 Vaccine" I learned that the vaccine is still being put under trials and being carefully evaluated. It is stated that, "Clinical trials of COVID-19 vaccines must first show they are safe and effective before any vaccine can be authorized or approved for use. The known and potential benefits of a COVID-19 vaccine must outweigh the known and potential risks of the vaccine for use under what is known as an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA)." In other words, the vaccine is still in its very early stages. With the new vaccines being tested, we are closer to ending the pandemic.

The fact that a virus is spreading across the entire world is scary, but because of quarantine it is not that scary as long as everyone stays at home. At this point is useless. The people stills not learning and just ignore every single precaustion. For example, when things started to reopen, the people were so desperate to have a place to go that a lot of people went to those places without precautions going outside of their house IN A PANDEMIC and now we have a second wave. According to the article "Coronavirus Second Wave? Why Cases Increase": "Unfortunately, the combination of reopening and lapses in these infection prevention efforts has caused the number of coronavirus infections to rise again." So, yeah, people are stupid.

I think that because of the government not imposing stricter punishment for not wearing masks the quarantine has lasted longer than it should have. If the president had just responded quickly when COVID was first brought then there wouldn't be such a strain on the healthcare system or the economy. Also if he had just worn a mask and started to tell people to wear masks then there would've been more people wearing masks and less likely to spread the virus.

I still think that had we just taken the precautions and followed the CDC guidelines we'd have been fine. The U.S has a deaths of 38.6 per 100,000 while places like Japan where masks were worn had deaths of 0.8 per 100,000. Which is interesting because Japan has a higher population density than the U.S but still has less deaths by COVID so had the U.S just followed guidelines and precautions we'd have less deaths and not have distance learning as our only option for learning.

It's frustrating see stupid people going around without mask and when someone blames them for not being responsable they always says that either "I HAVE FREE WILL, THIS IS A FREE COUNTRY!" or "But I can't breath with them" or "The covid is not that bad, the media is washing your brain". It is scary to be in a pandemic, but while we stay at home it will be fine. For me the distance learning is actually more comfortable that what someone would tell me. And the USA is doing the right thing of stooping the movement to decrease the spread.

I think distance learning is way better than actual physical learning. It's much more comfortable for me because we're not participating in-person so it helps my anxiety. As for social distancing, I guess it's okay. It's for everyone's safety so it's needed. It does, however, make everyone paranoid about sneezing and coughing. Someone could sneeze because of allergies or something and people will run like the world is ending, which it kinda is. Finally, as for quarantine, I really enjoy it. There wasn't much to do before quarantine anyway so it wasn't a huge change. Only this time we have to wear masks.

The coronavirus pandemic has led to many unfortunate issues. The virus has caused the lives of people to change drastically. Currently many people are having economical problems because of unemployment due to the virus. Students education has also been impacted. Students have to be able to adapt to online learning since schools aren't opened. I think this can be challenging for students who aren't used to technology, speak a different language, or are of special needs. Although I prefer going on school campus, my online learning experience has been positive. Besides school closing, the government has also closed borders, imposed quarantines, and has set restrictions. I believe that the actions the government has taken were necessary safety measures. If borders haven't been closed then people who could be possibly infected could have brought the virus and spread it to others. Without the government safety measures, many more people could have gotten infected.

My initial thoughts on this ongoing event is to keep following the states rules on trying to keep this from spreading any further. My thoughts on social distancing and digital learning is a bit challenging for the reason of it being a new format we were giving quickly. I think border closing and quarantine is a good idea to keeping the virus from spreading any further.

My thoughts about social distancing and distance learning is that they are better for our community were are far from each other and are at home. They did good because quarantine has stopped people getting sick.

My thoughts on this whole pandemic is that it could´ve been prevented. If the government would´ve taken action when the virus was first introduced then the cases wouldn´t be as high and we would be recovering already. My thoughts of social distancing is that i am okay with it but my thoughts on digital learning is that it is not the best idea. It is a struggle and it is frustrating to do. I feel like it affects the little kids more because they need time to interact and not just sit down and work behind a screen. Nobody really follows the quarantine so I think it is not that big of a deal but boarder closures were a good idea because although we might have the virus but we don´t want to spread more with other people crossing over.

I also don't trust the vaccines because people are getting face paralysis. I think that distance learning is worse than regular school but I also believe that it is needed to keep us safe. My thoughts about this everything going on is insane. I believe that social distancing would help stop the spread and follow the protocols. If people were to actually pay attention to the precautions we would have ended with social distancing and everything. I feel like social distancing and digital learning can be both good and bad. Some people needed the time to be with their families and just take a small break. Quarantine was a good idea because if people were to be together there would be more cases than what we have now. Same goes with the border closure if people were to continue to travel there would be more spread of the virus and were trying to stop the spread not continue it

My thoughts about distancing and digital learning for the Corona virus pandemic are that study from home is not the same that go to the school. Study from home is super stressful, uncomfortable, and many times it cause depression because all this is new and a little bit weird. On the other hand, it is not only in the learning, it is around the world. Which means that many stores, building, pears, and even border have been closed. All this cause a big impact in our lives, and my thoughts regarding all this and the the measures that the government imposed are that the government made all the possible for everyone be safe. Also i think that everything is in complete chaos right now. Some are affected by this more than others, but in the end, in one way or another, it affects us all.

People lost their jobs and aren't able to pay the bills and rent and also to buy food for the whole family. My thoughts about social distancing and digital learning is that we can't really learn there because is not the same like seeing your teachers and peers face to face. Some kids want to go back to school but they know some kids want to interact but they are scared to interact with other people. I found a statement of a kid in Newsela article, "What do the kids say? Students sound off on school during pandemic," it states, "I really want to go back. It would be nice to interact with people and have a more separate life at school and home," Alec said. "But if the school lays out a plan, will the kids follow it? I'm really not sure." This shows that some kids want to go back to school but are still scared of the virus.

My thoughts about the coronavirus is that it is ending no time soon and it's getting more serious. My thoughts about social distancing is that it is good if you are doing because the coronavirus is serious because I know a lot of people that had it. I don't like digital learning because it is impacting my grades.I don't understand the last question.

I agree with your response Amaja Morris because I think that the coronavirus is not a game, it is something serious. However, the bad things is that people think it ended when it isn't true, it is increasing again because people aren't taking the preventions measures as keep the social distance. On the other hand I think digital learning is the best way to teach in this circumstances by the pandemic, but I also think that this is affecting our grades because by the digital learning we get more assignments and because is not the same study from home than go to the school. Finally, my thought about the government enforcing quarantine and closed borders is that this was a good idea to protect us and also that it was the best way to keep us safe and not get infected.

This virus has been here for 9 months already and we still have people not taking it serious when they should be. We must all social distance meaning stay 6 feet away from one another and wear a mask at all times your in public. In the Newsela article "what do kids say?Students sound off on school during pandemic" I can say as a student, that when we are in school we are more hands on and more engaged but when were on school online we get distracted easily from things around us. I wouldn't want to go back to school though during the pandemic because it's not safe at all and I wouldn't take the risk of me and my family getting sick. We all need to stay home away from others and only go out when needed to and if you do go out always have your mask on.

I totally agree with you about everything you said. As long as some people don't this virus seriously it'll never end. It's so shocking that they can't seem to follow simple procedure with so many deaths and cases happening around them. As for students I also agree with you. As a student i wouldn't want to go to school either during this pandemic for the sake of my health and my family's. Although it's tuff to do school at home we have to push through it. As well as push others to follow procedures to keep everyone safe.

I think that covid19 is a very dangerous virus so social distancing and virtual learning are good because we can stay away from the risk of getting sick.In my opinion I don't think we need online classes because of the virus everyone in the world has to stay cautious of everything they touch and everyone they meet so keeping up with school can be hard.On top of that we are at our homes so it's pretty easy to get distracted.

My thoughts on this ongoing event are that I understand not having any social interactions with other people face to face is difficult but, everybody needs to do their part and follow the rules set out by their state and area. Social distancing and digital learning is the safest way to still have an education without containing the virus and infecting more which will increase the numbers and will not help flatten the curve. The government imposed quarantines and border closures are the necessary precautions our nation needs to take to help flatten the curve and lower the numbers. In my opinion, I think we should have a complete lockdown meaning closing down airports for at least a couple weeks so we can, as a nation, get back on our feet.

Some want to go back to see friend and worry about the virus, while others choose to stay home due to far of bringing the virus home. The coronavirus pandemic has been a very unfortunate situation for all of us. While others may think reopening schools during the pandemic is benefiting, it is also a dangerous risk for students and teachers. In the blog there were a number of schools that have tried reopening and failed due to the lack of safety measures that weren't taken and considered at school. We all are stressing, worried, and anxious about the virus. It is important that we keep our bodies and minds healthy during this time. Meditating and talking to family is a great way of relieving stress during these times. A vaccine is coming very soon, there are doctors working 24 hrs a day! We will over come the pandemic. BELIEVE!

My opinion on this is that we should stay doing online school until the whole corona virus is over. In the article of course there is lots of children wanting to go back to school because they miss there friends but they also know the consequences that come with going. The urge to hang out with my friends and going out is very tempting but risking taking the virus back to my family and endangering them is something i will not do. Also i think it is very dumb of the school districts to allow them to open up schools and putting there students at risk and for what? they should just stick to online school. The corona virus is not a joke and should not be taken lightly

Well my first thought that popped in my head when corona happened was like if we were still going to have school and how would school work during the pandemic. Then the school thought about digital learning and I think that it has it pros and cons right theirs the fact the students are still learning but maybe have of the student body is actually logging in and joining there zoom calls and doing work. its just very different from when your learning in our own house then actually learning face to face with people.

I agree with your claim that these rules and implementations are good due to the way in which they help prevent the spread of this disease. However, it is unfortunate that many people fail to follow this restrictions unless strict governing is in place. We must all maintain integrity and follow basic health guidelines and avoid large gatherings regardless of forced quarantines if we wish to aid the country in a swift and effective recovery.

My thoughts about the pandemic is that it is a really deadly disease is killing lots of people and there is still no vaccine to cure it. My thoughts about social distancing is that we must follow it and stay at home because being in a large group of people you dont know someone might have it and pass it and people arent following this. Digital learning for me is better i stay home on day and wake up when ever i want and do what i want to do. Quarantines and closing boarders well help out to stop the virus from spreading further to other places.

my thoughts about this pandemic is that i feel like it's definitely something tremendous. I know most of us never expected to be living like this since we got out of school in March. i feel like some are very attentive of how serious this is, and others don't deliberate. If we want to go back to our "normal" lives we need to be more a cautious, and more safe. wear your mask over your nose, keep your distance, if it's not necessary to go out then don't, the little things. Encourage others to do it too! Although i don't think we will go back to our exact normal lives because if anything, we will be more cautious about what we do. and this goes many ways. It's something to learn from if we look at it in a good way. I think social distancing is very important!! I can not stress this enough! Online classes are alright, it's what we have to do. But i feel like it would have been better if we were at school, but of course not with the pandemic. I feel that now that we come out a lot earlier than we typically would compared to regular school days, we will be able to handle only this amount of time at school now :[ like i feel a little exhausted after online school ends. And i think back that we use to come out at 3pm from school and still do our extracurricular and you can definitel feel the difference. i think that border closure and quarantine is definitely a good idea because it's one little way to stop the spread. b\But it all starts with yourself, and being safe. we all need to do what we have to do and stay in, be safe. I know it isn't easy because we literally go insane which is upsetting but we need to be more thoughtful if we really want to go back to "normal".

My thoughts on this ongoing event are just trying to not get sick and wait out for the vaccine to take place to get rid of Covid. My thoughts on digital learning are about just the same as how regular school would be but instead of paper and pencil to use is A computer Keyboard And Mouse to write. The government imposed quarantines and closing boarders was because it would enable a less or slower time to for the spread of Covid to continue.

My thoughts about covid is it has become a huge problem how long its lasting and the amount of lives it has taken.Social distancing isn't working because people aren't taking it seriously and are still infecting each other.Digital learning is cool for keeping the kids at home and but it doesn't feel better because theirs more distractions at home ad students run into computer or WiFi problems. The government doing quarantine and closing borders works to keep people from coming and letting people know to stay inside but some people don't listen and do what they want.

My thoughts on corona and this ongoing pandemic is something Im not really putting my full mind on because as long as I stay inside and practice social distancing I will be okay. From the article New York Times It states "The number of people with the virus who died in the U.S passes 300,000. Not a lot of people in California practice social distancing or even follow the rules. This causes the spread of corona so I think thats on us to take responsibility. So I do not know how much longer were going to stay indoors but Id rather get the close is clear than not follow the rules.

My thoughts on this pandemic is that its nothing to play about people are catching the virus every single day. Social distancing is good we don't have to be around big groups of people cause we wouldn't know who might get it and comes to school everyday and could spread it to other students and staffs, teaches etc . Learning online is stressful for most of us students because we would like to learn in school then on a computer online because we really don't learn nothing or its the same .

My thoughts about social distancing is I don't like it but I mean I don't have a choice. Is kind of disturbing because every time I go somewhere I always have to put on a mask and then I forget it in the car and I have to go back. My thoughts about digital learning is that is not that bad and is also not that good. Is not bad because we don't have to wake up earlier to get ready and walk to school. Not so good because I don't like being home all the time and I miss seeing some of my friends.

My thoughts about this ongoing event is that this whole year was completely negative, millions of people died and millions more are infected. Covid-19 is going to be one of the most terrible events in history. I think that social distance It's the best we can do at the moment, we cannot allow the virus to continue to spread. About digital learning I think It's necessary to keep students and all staff safe, although it is much more difficult to learn in this way, we have no other option. As I said before, we have to maintain social distancing for our health. Somehow you have to take risks, even if it is not convenient or not many people like it.

Also, the digital learning and the social distance are the best two things to stop the spread of this virus. I know this is hard, so hard however to keep us safe is the best we can do. Lastly, I think that the government at imposed quarantine just was looking for keep us safe and that the virus don't spread so fast. According to the California Coronavirus cases: Tracking the outbreak-Los Angeles time the virus increased so fast. It says "The COVID-19 pandemic has spread rapidly across California. Experts say the true number of people infected is unknown and likely much higher than official tallies". This means that even thought the government imposed quarantine and we are follow the measures, the people got infected and they die for this virus.

I feel a virus like covid-19 was gonna be inevitable; I just feel that the government should have been prepared, knowing the most threating thing to humanity is viruses it seemed a little odd on how government officials dealt with Covid-19. With social-distancing it is the best course of action regardless of how effective it is. As with digital learning personally has not been great you just have to take it in stride as a difficult situation is happening all around the world.

The government economic is dramatically decreasing and the number of people affected keeps increasing because people not following to stay at home order My thoughts about social distancing is we must do this to at lease decrease the rate of infected and social distance learning for some people is depressing people they miss someone. Social distance learning to me is good because am at home all day doing whatever i want and school end early than going to school and walk back home. They where to late to close the border and the many people brought it.

The number of cases with people with the corona virus is raising because people cant simply listen to stay 6 feet apart and wear masks. Also i dont like that the government is making us be quarantined again either and making us wear masks but i still do it because it the right thing to do.
