The message is that Dr. Kings dream is being forgotten and no one recognizes what he did anymore. I do not agree . i don't agree because I think there are still people that remember and praise him for what he did.

I believe Martin Luther king's dream was very big during his time. His dream has died and or is still dying till this day, I believe as us African Americans we have killed his dream as people and is still continuing to kill his dream and his message to us African Americans is slowly fading away.

The '' I have a dream'' is a speech written by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. This speech is about jobs and having freedom. I agree with it because everyone deserves to have freedom and everyone is equally made no one deserves more than another person because god made us all equally no matter our race or color.

I believe that the message of this cartoon is saying that Martin Luthor Kings speech "I have a dream" is fading away in America. I say this because in the cartoon the "Dream" is starting to fade away and such emphasizes a message. I agree with this message because In my experience I see blacks, Latinos, and every race divided and see obvious discrimination.

I see Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, next to it says I have a dream, this means that anyone wants to have their dream job, they will have to keep fighting until they make their dreams come true and dreams don't just happen, you must put the hard work to make it happen.

what i see is a big build board of a man who gave a freedom of speech for a race that wasn't getting treated equally as the same at the other race and that's one of his famous words he said in a speech.

I think what this cartoon is trying to tell us is MLK had a dream for everyone . he wanted everyone to get along and now that he's gone he doesn't want anyone to forget that he had a dream for everyone not just blacks he had a dream for everyone.

I think the image is showing how his overall dream of peace and equality is fading away due to all the racism and one race thinking they are superior than the other. The image is true because as i stated before racism strongly exists along with supremacy so his dream is indeed fading.

The "I have a dream" quote is from a speech that Dr. King Jr made for people of his color. That speech really impacted how the world is today. Then after that Mr. King got shot and killed for that speech.

Martin Luther King Jr. is on a build board with the saying of "I HAVE A DREAM" and its giving us a message that he fought for African Americans, who were mistreated because of the color of their skin. But also the word dream is not done yet meaning his dream were not completed because even till this day people of color are getting treated unfairly.

His message is that he wants everyone to be treated equal and be together as one. Yet even though segregation is not a thing anymore it still exists in America. The law doesn't separate us we separate ourselves. Whites still want to be the supreme ones.

As the years go on, Martin Luther King Jr is starting to become less noticed. Especially in the African American culture. This man has done great things for the civil rights of people and he should be remembered and honored in the same way that he has always been.

I believe that the message conveyed in this image is that Dr. King's dream is being forgotten and people aren't even really celebrating all that he did for us. In 2018, we need Dr. King's message to be told all over the world because the racism and discrimination is rising yet again (never left). Dr. King is a huge part of history; he changed the United States for the best, but now nobody is really recognizing and appreciating all that he did.

The message behind the billboard of Dr. King is that it is referring to his famous speech " I have a dream ". Notice how the "M" in Dream is still unfinished which makes you wonder why? This is because there is still problems in today society regarding the discrimination against African-Americans which he addressed about in his speech.,

I believe that the image represents the fact that the generation now a days is not recognizing his dream. We have grown u in a time were our problems are not as significant as those when MLK was around. Since we are growing up in a time where inequality is not as severe as it was in the '60s we are not continuing his dream.

The image "I Have a Dream" has a letter that was not painted completely which probably means that the dream that MLK had was not fully completed. This can also have a every strong meaning in the community because of everything that has been happening lately.

This image is probably trying to say that Martin Luther King's message is slowly fading away. People of color are slowly going away from dreaming and making it a reality of racism and hatred. This is going against everything he believed in. We are going back instead of going forward.

This billboard is indicating that MLK had a dream but it was unfinished. For instance, in his speech, he stated that he had a dream where the people will be judged by their demeanor and not from their skin color. In today's generation, many people are being discriminated because of the color of their skin. African Americans are viewed as criminals because the history continued from generation to generation. I agree that MLK's message was not finished because many people being misjudged by their color.

The above image shows Martin Luther King, Jr.'s face next to the uncompleted painting of the words "I have A Dream", a quote from his famous speech. I believe that the image is trying to show us that Mr.King's message is still not completed, or, in other words, we have not realized his dream to this day and have not fulfilled his goals mentioned in his speech. I also believe that the message is trying to convey that a lack of work is the reason for the sign being incomplete.

I believe that this message is proclaiming that the dream of MLK was not fulfilled, that his dream has yet to be done. His dream was for equality for all colors of the human race, but in this day and age, I can see why it has yet to be fulfilled. There are still places were its not equal and will be probably never become equal.

This image to me represents the dream that was worthy of being put on a billboard but extremely disrespected by the caucasian race that it wasn't able to be completed. The memory of MLk is being respected in this century but it wasn't always respected and those times were tough for anyone of color. MLK did not die in vain but this image gives off the idea that his mission was incomplete.

The message of the article is to reflect on how Dr.Martin Luther king jr would feel about society in 2017. These past events include confederate statues being placed in Charlottesville, Va and a protest erupted. People were hurt like a woman who was killed because a white supremacist decided to take lives/ a life at the protest. Many other drastic situations like this would make Luther say "ENOUGH".

This cartoon shows that his dreams are disappearing because people have been fighting more an more and no is stopping it. Many people are trying to continue with his words he said to everyone so they wouldn't lose hope. I agree that we should keep on using his quotes every day and don't let hate eat you up.Why, because his words are true and you shouldn't erase something from the pass you bring it to the future.
