The most important amendment of the Bill of Rights is the first amendment. This amendment gives us the right to freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of the press, and right to petition. For example, One can be catholic, christian, jewish or any other religion. We can express and practice our beliefs without having the government or anyone interfere. Without the first amendment our thoughts and the way we express them would be controlled by the government. With the first amendment we all have certain freedoms that cannot be taken away.

The Bill of Rights are the first 10 amendment in the Constitution .
Why do you think these right weren't originally included in the Constitution ?

I Believe the first amendment is the most important . Its important to me because in order for a police men to come in your house they need your permission to come in . Police men also , need a Warrant to search your house ( a reason why ) . That means police men cant just go inside your house and search your belongings . Therefor , I believe the 4th Amendment is the most important of all .

For me the first amendment is the most important. That amendment is the most important for me because with out that amendment i wouldn't be able to have to freedom to speak. The first amendment states the following ,"The First Amendment guarantees freedoms concerning religion, expression, assembly, and the right to petition. It forbids Congress from both promoting one religion over others and also restricting an individual’s religious practices. It guarantees freedom of expression by prohibiting Congress from restricting the press or the rights of individuals to speak freely. It also guarantees the right of citizens to assemble peaceably and to petition their government." That clearly says we have the right to basically be who we want in regards to our personal beliefs and form of being. That is why for me the first amendment is the most important.

It connects to my life in the form that i use the first amendment everyday. With the first amendment it lead to the other amendment such as the 5th amendment which basically also you have a right to refuse to speak against yourself for instance in a court.

I feel that the 4th amendment is the most important. The right to bear arms, is the best way to protect your family. I feel that if you want to own a gun you have the right. Its not fair for the law to be able to hold a gun and have it equipped on them all day when working in the field. But if we leave our house with a gun, we could go straight to jail for it. So i feel its important to have the right to own a gun.

The first amendment is the most important one to me because it is our religion freedom and right that can be in vain if we wouldn't be able to do have these rights . My religion and freedom of speech is all I really have and without it we wouldn't be able to have our own choice of religion nor say what we feel like saying .

The most important amendment to me is the first one because without this amendment we can not say what we want our religion is also a big part of it nobady wants to be forced to attend to a diff religion. Also we can not assemble at parks nor the street and that is a big thing

I think that the first amendment of the Bill Of Rights is the most important one to all of us because it gives the right to freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of the press and the freedom of petition. With out this amendment, we would't be able to express our feelings. Or dress the way we want to based on our religion. In addition, the government would control us and our lives.

I believe that the 4th amendment, which is "Authorities require a Warrant/cause for gov't to search and/or seize property." is the most important because without it, police will be coming in and searching your house, cars... etc. for no reason and take your things. They can also falsely accuse you of "possessing illegal" substances and take you to jail and you won't even know why. In other words police and other authorities would be able to do as they please.

I will go for the first amendment because the congress cant make a law prohibiting our freedom of speech, we have the right to say whats on our minds,Religion there is many and people should be able to choose in what they believe and also people can speak the truth in public because everyone has a voice.
