The news story that I researched was about a women named Dynel Lane and the horrible crime that she was not charged for. This women was "selling" baby clothes and another women responded to the ad on craiglist. The pregnant women's name was Michelle Wilkins. Once Wilkins went to get the baby clothes she was beaten and her child was taken out of her womb. Wilkins survived but her child didn't. Lane is now facing no charges for this crime.

The article is talking about an eighth grader who is being recruited by Florida State University. I am impressed by his playing ability at such a young age. I like that colleges are looking at young player but I do think being 13 or 14 years old is way too young to be making any big decisions. These schools are making a lot of money due to these athletes but they do not get paid. If these kids are committing to play then they should get some money. After all the schools are making billions of dollars.
