The Framers of the constitution decided to sepeaate and distribute power by making the three branches of government: legislative, judicial and executive. I think they did this because they dont want someone or something to have too much power
You spelled separate wrong
i think they seperated and divided everything in different branches bevause it is more clear .it is important that our society and laws are clear and divided because we are alot of people and not everybody is good and resposible for there actions there has to be laws made for every crime.
The framers of the constitution separated the power so that no one system would have all the power. But the judicial branch has more power over the executive and legislative branches. Only because the judicial branch is the in charge of the courts.
Is there ever an instance when the other branches seem more powerful than the judicial branch? Provide specific evidence to justify your claim.
wikipedia states that each branch has power to check one of the other branches.
I think that the framers of the constitution decided to separate power by divided the government into branches. The idea came from John Locke because they didn't want only one person to have absolute power. It also is call check and balance. That why we have the Judicial branch, Legislative branch and executive branch.
Why would you not want one person to have all the power. Wouldn't things get done faster?
The Framers might have separated the powers into 3 because of all the people. The work would be more easier and less over crowded for the government itself this way they will be able to control the people by creating laws and restrictions for the people and not have many crimes happening.
The framers of constitution decided to seperate power based ethnicity, social class level of education. it was the idea of john locke
