Einstein is a very smart man I think this quote means, that technology is going to become essential to human life but people are going to be stupid because technology makes people lazy. The robot from the CNN video should be banned. This is my opinion because the robot has legs and it could move anywhere without falling because of its superb balance. A robot that can move could be potentially dangerous so I think its best to ban them before they are able to move standing up on two feet.

The people that created the post are trying to say that every thing is going be done by robots and other good stuff there is not going be anymore jobs because of those robots and if the do take over there is not going to be any tax return money and more so its going to be hard for people witch means they can not get anymore government money so i feel like that is going to make every one mad about there job.

based on this cartoon i realize that machines will take over our world in less time than we think and wont even notice on time and will end up taking every single job there is for us and no jobs will be left over for us to get.

Aurora,
I agree many jobs will be taken away by technology, therefore, I believe that the government should find a solution to this problem before its too late because not only will it affect middle class people but also the government. They will need to find or make jobs so that people can be able to survive.

i think albert einstein is saying this because he believes that technology will take over and that people wont even notice. these robots will end up taking their job and when that time comes theyll panic because they wouldnt know what to do. the web link about that automatic dog is cool but something will eventually will go wrong and may harm somebody.

Albert Einstein's quote is true and reflective of the present time. Technology has over run our lives. It has effected our ability to communicate and function in society. As technology advances it only lessens the value of human lives.

Precious,
I agree that technology has lessen the value of being human, especially since there are some people who are making robots to look as realistic as possible. Then there are robots who not only look realistic but are even able to express emotion which makes me question: What does it mean to be human if you can build something that looks like one and can even show emotion like if it was human?

I agree with Einstein . technology is being devolped fast and is being advanced to the point whee machines will take over jobs and will cause a problem because not only that like the robot dog can be advanceed and can be used as a weapon if so.

I believe Einstein's quote is applicable at this very moment. In recent years there has been a major advancement in technology. With these advancements has been numerous changes in the way we live. Giving robots the ability to be self thinking and have the ability to kill is surely a recipe for disaster.

I believe that Einstein's quote is happening now at this very moment. the reason why is because in the recent years technology has been increasing. giving the robots the ability to think for them self's and to kill is really dangerous. technology is taking over peoples jobs people competing with robots to keep there jobs.

This political cartoon matters because the artist is saying that technology is taking over jobs from the middle class people. If the middle class people are losing jobs then they cant pay taxes which will also affect the government because they wont receive money from those without jobs. Therefore, it will affect the whole economy. The less jobs will lead in a form a scarcity because people will need jobs in order to survive. In other words technology should be regulated so that in wont take so many jobs and the government should find solution to technology being so advanced. For example, those ipads that are in restaurants are taking people jobs now but soon those ipads will be in every restaurants which means that they wont need no need for waiters. Einsteins quote is saying that we should be afraid of the day that robots take over and make people look like idiots. I believe that it wont make people so much of idiots but lazy because they will depend on technology to do everything for them.

I agree with what Einstein is saying because as we keep advancing in technology more and more, we seem to get distract more often. We can see this as people start taking pictures of their food or text with others instead of having social interaction with them. All these distraction could also make us lose our jobs as we can see in the picture robots are now able to replace us like if we were nothing and without having to get paid or ever needing a break. Also behind all the distraction there's also a threat from these robots since now they're being armed with weapons, so now not only can they take our jobs but even our lives if we let this whole robot business get out of hand.

I agree wholeheartedly. Technology has become a big part in our society but letting them become equipped with weaponry puts humans at risk.

i believe that einstein idea is right because as new years come our world advances in technology and it does distract us and probably take our jobs because we pay so much more attention to new better and advanced things.

I agree with you because I also believe that we are too close to technology and it has become a critical part in our lives that we do not recognize that it is slower taking the jobs of humans. I also agree that we are always excited about new technological advances which in a way is allowing technology to take over our lives.

This quote by Einstein is saying that, as we become more dependent on technology we also are doing less thinking for ourselves. Soon, in the near, future people will rely on machines to do everything for them from thinking to the simplest of things. When this happens people will become 'idiots' because they will have become slaves to technology without even being aware of it. They will have lost all of their ability to do basic tasks themselves, since they always had machines do it for them.

I agree with you Luis, people will eventually become less likely to do basic things. Later on, future generations will depend only on technology making them even lazier. Machines will be the humans and humans will be the pets.

this picture is saying that robots will take over jobs and there ill be no need for people to have jobs so theyll take over and the business owners will save money since the robots dont take breaks. which would mean alot of people wont have money and it would effect the economy since lots of people would be loosing there jobs. and it would make the robots look more useful and smatrer than people.

I believe that having technology do everything we feel lazy to will have a big affect on our life's. As Albert Einstein said ''I fear the day that technology will surpass our human interaction. The world will have a generation of idiots.'' which in other means that pretty soon robots will be doing job that take low skills to do and will be taking jobs away from the people of the lower class. Not only will it hurt the family of those who have lost their job but of everyone in the lower class. This idea of technology being good for us is not for us is for those who are selling this technology and making something out of it.

i agree with what Einstein is saying because we are basically going to let technology do all of our work for us . While robots are working we as humans are not making money and not making money its interfering with the bills being paid for house and food to eat.

According to Einstein's quote, technology will and most likely is going to take over our world. As time goes by, technology is made smarter and has more and more qualities of a human. This means that jobs are going to be done by technology rather than training humans to do something and get paid for it. Humans will have less value than robots regarding money and skills.

I think that killer robots should be banned because trusting them with creating safety by killing "bad" people will not turn out as planned. Technology always has a point where it breaks down and does it's job wrong. What makes people think that killer robots will not one day just shoot a random person. According to the article "Ban 'killer robots' now", a reporter says, "These weapons have the potential to commit criminal acts -- unlawful acts that would constitute a crime if done with intent -- for which no one could be held responsible." If a robot commits a criminal act there is no one to blame because robots cannot go to jail. They would basically be allowed to break the law trying to do human like jobs like being cops.

I agree, that killer robots should be banned because if we give them the ability to kill and they kill a person unlawfully, you can't put a robot in prison.

This political cartoon matters because it demonstrates how robots with easily go into the work force. I think this is wrong because if the robots are able to work like humans then that means that they'll be taking the jobs of many middle class people. Therefore, i agree with the quote by Albert Einstein because the robots as well as technology with become too advanced for the humans to even be smarted then the robots.

I feel that we are relying to much on technology because we use it for everything when we dont have to. Restaurants where they have ipads instead of real people is an example of this. Instead of having a real life person businesses would rather have a machine because it is more cost efficient. This is dangerous because we dont know where the line stops and which jobs can be replaced by machines.

It seems unlikely that Einstein said it. He died in 1955, and the microchip wasn’t invented until 1958. Looks like you may actually be guilty of spreading “Fake News.”
